I would give a negative 5 stars if I could...delayed the installation twice and now that they finally are here, it turns out "Chris" measured the main window wrong and it doesn't even fit! After reading all the reviews it looks like I am not alone when it comes to disgraceful customer service...i would ask for my money back, but it would probably be years before I saw any of it. They haven't even installed more than 1 window and i want my money back already. They're going to put a few screws in the window that doesn't fit and come back at another time...my story is to be continued.
