I gave this company a 4 star because I am happy with my windows, just not happy with the service I received the second time I had windows installed. Let me explain, last year we ordered 3 windows and a sliding glass door, the process was quick and the installers where professional and they where done within the day!! Now this year we ordered 3 more windows first it took to long for the windows to come in ( about 4 months) next the new installer was slow and unprofessional( 3 days!! ) I had to complain to storm tight and they sent out a new crew who took care of everything that day !! So my problem is not with storm tight or the windows it was with the installer!! Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase and service!!

Had 15 windows installed, called for a 3 door estimate, came out Saturday, told me since I was a previous customer we would get a better price. When we were given the price, told the salesman we had to check our finances, his response was the price was only good while he was there and if we didn t sign now we would be treated as a new customer in the future and our price would go up $5000.00. These high pressures tactics don t work and I will never refer anyone to these people again. I am a contractor and we have never used these tactics

We went into the entire process very skeptical but are so pleased with our new windows. Everyone that we have talked to and dealt with were so helpful and easy to deal with. Install went smooth and from inside it was hard to see that the windows had been installed. If you are looking for replacement windows, Storm Tight is worth the money. We couldn't be happier.

Very professional and quick install! Had all the windows done in my house and they were done in a day and a half including getting the state inspector. The windows are excellent quality and we are very happy with the company and windows!

From the very beginning, our experience with Storm Tight Windows was impressive. Alan, our sales rep spent 4 to 5 hours thoroughly explaining the product. Window design, manufacturing, benefits, ratings and especially the protection of having storm tight windows in our house. He even brought in a physical sample of the actual window. To our disappointment, our windows were scheduled with a 16 to 20 week projected installation. We were brought to the very end of the schedule which for us was December 25th. They began installation on the 13th. We had some structual problems and the installation was stopped. A few days of back and forths, some frustration with communication, we finally got John and his crew here to begin the installation. He and his crew were very friendly, answered questions, worked hard and quickly. They had the old out and new in, in two days time. At this point we decided to have Storm Tight install the front and back doors as well. Nick, came out to settle and schedule the choices for the doors. Very professional and take charge kind of guy. Of course, the doors are scheduled for some time 16 to 20 weeks from now...but promised before hurricane season. Yay! Our new windows look beautiful, a noticeable improvement to our home. There have been some issues with the stucco and caulking as we have a frame built house. The "crew" has been back and is scheduled back one last time until completion and code inspection is approved. Overall, our experience with this company has been positive. The few bumps in the process were addressed and resolved. The biggest problem I would say is communication...left messages and time frame for return. My biggest joy, my electric bill has been reduced by $150 the first month and we are safe! Thank you Storm Tight windows!

Had a very good experience with Storm Tight Windows. Kept my house very clean. The employees are very friendly. Could not have gone with a better company. Also referring my neighbors to them who have stop by to check out the Windows.

Storm Tight Windows came to install hurricane proof windows on my second floor and also two tall windows on the first floor. The workers that came to install these windows were very courteous and they worked very diligently. They cleaned up after themselves and took care of mostly everything. One of the really large windows was cracked, however, they ordered a replacement immediately and we are very happy with the way they handled that. Their whole team worked together to make sure all the windows are installed correctly. They had an installation manager come out to check on the progress of the windows and also at the end to make sure everything is okay with the installment. So far, we are very pleased with the way that they handle things.

I am very satisfied with the windows. They block out a lot of noise and heat from outside. The costumer service is very fast and efficient.

They came out to give me a quote on windows for my mothers house. No one ever told me I needed my husband to be with me. I make the decisions on my mothers house not my husband. They didn't want to deal with me. It is 2018 they need to learn to deal with women. So they just measured the windows and never showed me the video about their windows. The next day I get a call that they will give me a gift card if they can come out again but my husband has to be available. Not happening. They also claim they waived their $99 fee to come out and give me a quote. No one charges for a quote. BEWARE of this company. They showed BAD communication skills at the beginning. Oh by the way they were $20K more then all the other companies I got quotes from.

Recently, we hired Storm Tight Windows install high impact windows on our home in Port St. Lucie. The journey that we went through with them was nothing short of excellent. The office people, ( Mara, Olivia and Bianca ) were professional , pleasant and a joy to speak with. The gentleman responsible for installing our windows ( Andrew), was efficient, conscientious and went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with the work being done. If I still owned my construction company I would have hired him in a second. Obviously dealing with our house which the windows were installed and been there, in stucco, since 1989 there will be some glitches ( these were minor glitches ). When we called for service regarding them a serviceman was sent out ASAP. Following the footsteps of the previous people from Storm Tight, Tracie, the serviceman was professional, very adept at what needed to be addressed, completed it right away and he too was a great person to work with. I cannot express how happy and satisfied we are with this company.

Storm Tight Windows did a awesome job. Took weeks before Windows arrive, but it was worth it. Had the most amazing installers that took care of every detail.I thought the Windows were a little over priced ( O Well) got them anyway.

My Stormtight windows are very efficient and keeps the outdoor noises outdoors! The company was patient with my scheduling the "job". The sales representative met with us and carefully demonstrated the benefits of the product. The installers were pleasant and efficient and did their best to keep the inevitable dust at bay. Plastic sheets were used to cover the furniture and floor. We are very happy with the Stormtight windows and would recommend the product and this company to home owners who are interested in updating their windows . Just think, no real need for Hurricane metal shutters when a storm is predicted.

I like my Storm Tight hurricane impact resistant windows very much. They are well built and look great at my condo in Florida. They passed my HOA approval & city s inspection. And it was/is important to me that the windows come with a lifetime warranty.
All the staff at Storm Tight were always professional, courteous and helpful from beginning to the end of the process, and arranging for a timely city inspection and post follow-up. They supplied all the needed documents for the HOA approval and the city s permit requirements.
The installers were great. They were very conscientious to make sure the windows fit and function properly. The installation time took longer than what I expected but I was impressed that the installers didn t rush the process either. This was important to me with this type of major construction. This was not just ordinary replacement windows but a lifetime investment. However, as with any major construction job, there were a couple of minor issues that are covered by my service agreement. I have been assured by Storm Tight that these will be addressed/resolved in a timely fashion.
So far, overall, I am very happy with the purchase and installation of my new windows.

The storm tight installment crew did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves ,they put my blinds back on, and showed my family and I how to open the windows. The windows are great.

Awesome company, the staff was extremely professional and courteous. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. Hats of to the installation crew, they showed up early, and worked 14 hours straight, to get the job done. I would use them again in a heart beat !

My wife and I, had our windows installed 2 months ago, and we must say we are very pleased with the overall process and product. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and helped expedite the process of getting measurements and paperwork finalized. Our installation crew were very professional, knowledgeable, clean and nice. The only thing is the inspection, Dade County change the rules and they had to come out twice. Everything is good now and we are enjoying our new windows.

Let me tell you my story with this company. First I met the company at that Ft. Lauderdale Home Show, and made an appointment for a visit. The day of the appointment, they were a No Call No Show. The following day I got a phone call explaining that the person had an emergency. Customer Services was very poor with the nNo Call No Show when you take a day off of work for this. The following day I receiving a phone call and the BS excuses, they gave me a extra $250 off the price. Now I m up to $1000 off the price. The day of my 2nd appointment I received a call from the company try to set up a 2nd appointment, when I advised them that it was already set of for today. They have no club on appointments. I know when the company arrivaled in a 3 piece suit, the cost was going to be out of this world. After measuring the windows in a 3 piece suit and sat down for a 2.5 hours presentation, I know it was coming. I was handed a price of $40,000 with a $10,000 BS discount. With a $200,000 home I m going to drop $40,000 on there own factory made windows. Way Way over priced. When I advised it was way to much, he asked well how much do you want it to cost. Way out of my league, so he packed up his windows pieces and heat lamp and halted butt. Way Way over prices with No Customer Services on appointments times. Unless you make a 1/2 million a year Stay Stay Away.

The process from start to finish was incredible. The installers were meticulous and did everything they needed to do to make us happy before they left the house. The windows far exceed my expectations.

I gave them my information at the Italian Festival near my house so they can call to set up an appointment but they never called.
I called them and set up a an appointment but the salesman never showed up and the company never called. Then a month later I received a total of 6 phone calls on both of my lines but they were all hang ups until the seventh call and it was a sales rep from storm tight. So I decided to set up another date but there again they never showed up and never called.

Don't waste your time like I did.

From the sales process, to getting all of the permits taken care of, perfect installation and finally, being right there during the inspection process, Storm Tight Windows has been wonderful to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am not sure about their installations or quality of the windows, but don t ever try to enter for free contest. I did it at the fair, sunfest, and just recently from a radio station. Im always a semifinalist and am tried to be sold at cost windows with a $1,000 gift card. Which is fine, whatever, it s advertising. Except this time the gentleman told me I was about to receive life changing information, so I hurried outside leaving my client wondering what was happening. Well after the let down I took it how it was, a good deal if I was actually purchasing windows that day. We both decided to put me on a list where if I call back I am still up for the discount. Even though I m always a semifinalist so wouldn t there still be an ongoing contest? Lol. I get it. So today I received a call from the company and didn t have the time to mess around so I said sorry, I can t participate In your scam, please take me off your list . He continues asking where I work. I tell him that s not his concern and it was just a radio scam which I m no longer interested, he goes off and tells me I need to get a job and then I could afford their windows!

Really? U put an ad out to call a number over a radio station to get free windows and then tell me to get a job when you cold call me? I spoke to the customer service manager and she said that the recording would be listened to and proper actions would be taken. I don t want the over pressured guy getting in trouble, what about the scam where 3 Times I have been a semifinalist in a drawing but that ends as soon as I say I am not interested in purchasing windows. They are supposed to be free in a giveaway and I m a semifinalist home owner.

Don t waste your time filling out their giveaway cards, if they are this dishonest over something silly like a game show winner, how truthful will they be when they are installing your windows??? I m going with a company who doesn t have to lie to get their foot in the door with me.

Omg, we just sat through an hour lecture, about windows! At the end we were shown a brochure with an estimate of how much windows *could* cost. LOL
The salesman would not commit to a price unless we were ready to buy them right away.
Very nice salesman, feel sorry for anyone that has to do this kind of work.

Storm Tight Windows has the best customer service. I have even had concerns and phoned the owner personally. He picks up his phone every time I called. That is true of the management and people in the office. The installers were great. They had brown paper rolled out throughout the house to keep my floor clean and used drop cloths and dust curtains to keep things clean. We had minimally clean up when they were complete.

We had a big job so we had six young men here working. Every single one stepped off the truck and introduced themselves to us. \

WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! my windows were put in 2 years ago and I've had service done on them ATLEAST 2 times every 6 months. Everything from a window leaking water in from not being put in properly to just finding out my sliding glass doors have not been locked for 2 years now b/c of a manufacturer error with my doors (I have 2 sets of glass doors in my house doing the exactly same thing both doors will open in locked positions) ALOT of problems with installation to but to much to write on here if I could give no stars I would have

EDIT:My sliding glass door problem was fix as stated in response from manager but I do have to make it clear that no it was not a right away fix also like stated in response I waited 3 to 4 weeks for it to be fixed and I also had to call ur office back to even get a date and time it was going to be fixed after ur service guy was at my house to see what my problem was in the first place b/c no 1 had tried to contact me. Thank you for responding back to me but I needed to make that part of statement clear that "right away"was not true.BTW This review was made while I waited for the response on how to fix the locking problem and as of now the problem has been fixed

We purchased 19 windows from Storm Tight. The Storm Tight Window team from sales through installation performed very well. They were willing to answer all of our questions leading up to the purchase and they were professional all the way through the installation process. Very satisfied with our decision to purchase Storm Tight Windows and we have recommended them to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

Overall Storm Tight Windows is a quality company. My experience with them has been good so far. Their sales persons are very knowledgeable individuals who truly know and believe in the product. Their in-home presentation is time consuming, but definitely worth it. While they are definitely not the cheapest company on the market, you definitely get what you pay for. The only down side would come from a few lapses in communication with the company. They completed my job in the time frame promised. All in all, I would recommend STW to a neighbor or friend.

The windows are very high quality and the installation was done in a very professional manner. The installers actually were very knowledgeable in not only the installation process for the windows, but also construction in general. The only complaint I would have was that the inspection process after installation was very unorganized.

We contacted several impact window Companies for estimates. out of the six Companies contacted, this was the ONLY one that set/kept the appointment that was made. There was no "HIGH PRESSURE" sales tactics from anyone that we have dealt with.
Everyone has been very helpful and professional through this process.
I highly recommend and have recommended this Company to my Family, Friends, and neighbors.

I had been wanting to replace some windows in my home for awhile with picture windows. I received an advertisement brochure on my door about storm windows I called for information and they had a representative come out and speak with me and give me an estimate. I must say Barry was very prepared and answered all questions. I must be honest the first installers that came out wasn't prepared and unprofessional, but storm tight windows made it right. They sent out better and highly qualified installers. I'm very pleased at how professional they were and worked until the job was done. I love my windows and I would refer storm tight windows to friends. Also I received a call fro. Owner Mr. L. Brown and he offered any assistance or concerns I may have I can call him personally, he gave me his direct number.

Met them at the Fort Lauderdale home show, scheduled an appointment for an estimate.
We expected some one to measure our windows and of course give us an estimate but that was not the case. The salesperson keep asking if we are serious about buying the windows and place the order today....we told him we only want an estimate, still shopping around, we need to do some research and then we will make a decision.seems like he got offended and told us " let's not waste yours and my time here is some information about the windows and business card", in other words when you ready to buy call me.
He left and no estimate was done.
It might be the best quality impact windows in the market now, that's what they claim. But we don't like to to be pushed, we like to take our time shop around then make a decision.

This is the worst window window company ever!!! Customer service is ridiculously poor. They schedule a time frame and never showed up or called. Installation crew were fighting with each other at my house, had to call the cops. "DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY"

These doors are awesome!!! They keep the heat outside and cool to the touch on the inside. They are also very easy to open. These doors are great to look at and brighten up my living room. I recommend these to anyone. Thank you Storm Tight!!!

Fake professionalism. If anyone tries to talk to them they will immediately attack and deflect instead of listening to the person or trying to be helpful or diffuse the situation.

Don t waste your time with this company. Storm Tight Windows neglects to properly install the windows once they ve been purchased. Once problems arise after incorrect installation, Storm Tight provides awful customer service. The windows for our household were completed over a month ago and the final payment was made at that time. However, installer Yousmel Galvez failed to properly seal the windows. Now, several of the windows have been leaking with the recent rain. Since there s no more money to be made, the company seems not to care about getting the job done right. We ve gotten several petty excuses from Mr. Galvez as to why he cannot come to fix the windows. Upon contacting his manager, Mara Posey, she s given many empty promises that she will send someone at a given time. Every time, without fail, for one reason or another, no one shows up for the job. Still to this day, no one has showed to fix the leaking windows. Don t trust this company to get the job done right in the first place. They won t. Once you have problems, no matter who you contact within the company, they ll always have a sorry reason for being unable to send someone. Never before in my life have I had such a frustrating experience with a company.

I had all of my windows replaced by StormTight in June of 2018. I love them. They have helped filter out the noise, cut back on my electric bills and look great. Since they are hurricane windows they helped on my home insurance as well.
When I had to replace my front door, I contacted them and asked about doors and they do doors too. I love my door as well.
They take 4 months to get after you order but they are custom made at the factory. The installers take care when putting in the windows and doors and clean up when finished.
They are probably one of the happiest investments I have made on my house. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Thanks for your response and I do appreciate your call and offer to electronically file the Termination of Notice of Commencement. I do not know why this could not have been done in the first place. I am an Investor and I use my house to help with my investments. You stated, Storm Tight Windows has not recorded a lien against the property. We have recorded a notice of commencement which is required by the county to receive a permit. The notice of commencement expires naturally after one year from the date of recording. But my Bank noticed a lien and could not approve my loan. A year is too long. I really light your product and service and I plan on using you again. If you can electronically file paperwork then you should do that for your customers. Again thank you for your offer.

Everything was good. If it wasn't the poor caulking and the fact that a lean was placed on my house, I would rate Stormtight a 5 star. The windows were paid in full and now I have to spend my time tracking down paperwork to fix this issue. They did not finish the job. Simply filing the termination of NOC would have avoid this issue, waste my time and completed the job. Jan 31, 2020 and I still don't have my termination of NOC after calling 3 times. My first call was on the morning of Jan 30, 2020. I was told I would have the notarized termination of NOC yesterday. I got the paperwork and sent it to Stormtight. Not happy. Everyone check the status of your home. Make sure you don't have a lean because someone did not do their job.

I've never worked for a messier, disorganized company in my life. took me over 3 months to get my last check.

The total replacement of my windows and doors seemed an impossible task until I used the Storm Tight Windows Company. They made the entire job process easy on the customer as they took care of every single detail; from the initial sales meeting until the last time the installation team left my home. The quality is the best, the company prides itself on paying attention to detail and the installation team was amazing. They treated my property with care and did quality workmanship. A 5 star rating goes a long way with me. I would use them again with no hesitation at all.

They are great windows, but once installed you can NEVER get someone to assist or replace the windows if they break. The place has had a broken screen for a year and I have a broken window for a year. No one ever calls back. They have sent me to Marlene and she never calls back. Sick of this company

Absolutely love the windows, however they came at a price! Salesman was a little pushy but nice. The lack of communication from some of the office personnel during the installation process was frustrating to say the least. The installation crew could have cleaned up more and did crack a window sill. The second crew that came out to replace the sill, fix drywall damage and caulk did an awful job. I ended up spending half a day after they left fixing the drywall so I could do touch up paint.

At the end of the day, I love Storm Tights product but their customer service and install needs some fine tuning.

Harassing phone calls. They call over and over again from different numbers. If you ask them to stop calling, they just call again from a different number. If you block their number, they call again from another number. They are worse than the car warranty people. NEVER EVER give them your phone number! It will be the biggest mistake of your life!

When calling to make an appointment for a quote, like I have been doing with several other companies as we are seriously looking to replace our whole houses windows and doors, the rep making the appointment was argumentative, demeaning, passive aggressive and demanding. After doing further research about the company and reviews post purchase, it is clear this type of customer service continues. I have come to find in this day and agevthere are far too many choices for consumers- we should never be treated poorly from the beginning. The sales tactics are also ridiculous....they want you to spend at least 3 hours with theirs sales rep. ...yeah- no thanks!! High pressure, overzealous company that will be out of business before the next hurricane hits. Beware of companies like this. Read the complaints of employees too- high turnover...the company will fold in 10 years.

Trying to get a quote for hurricane windows and doors from this company was a horrible experience. The salesman came to my house and endlessly spoke about the company and how they have the best product on the market. After spending an hour with the salesman, I told him that we needed to rap up the appointment. The salesman told me that we would have to reschedule the appointment and continue with his presentation, if I wanted to get a quote from them. I asked him if he could please just measure my windows, and email me the quote. I was told no. I do not appreciate having my time wasted.

The information provided about the impact windows was clear, they clarified all our concerns and the price was within our budget. The installation team was excellent, covered all areas and cleaned up once done. Installers walked us up on every window to show us and validate all was done correctly. After a few days, team followed up to confirm if we were fully satisfied with the work done. I would recommend this company

Best window company every. The workers and managers are very professional and nice I would recommend them to everyone and they installed my windows fast and now I finally have nice hurricane windows I can show off to my neighbors and family members. A plus overall they deserve more than 5 stars. If you are looking for a window company chose them.

We replaced 2 sliders and 3 windows with Storm Tight sliders and windows on the south-facing side of our home. Their products are quite superior, heavier and stronger than any other windows we have seen, and from a quality standpoint perform precisely as advertised. We hear no noise from outside on that side of the house now. The Storm Tight installation crew of four did an excellent job, worked all day as a team, and really did their best to clean up during and after the job, despite a substantial removal and installation job. The follow up by Storm Tight with their product, two separate inspections including being here when the County inspector came and various calls from their management has been outstanding to see that we are pleased with the work, which we are.

I am VERY pleased with this company and their product!! From the first point of contact in their scheduling center through installation I was treated very professionally. Though the presentation from the representative can seem long to some it was informative and the representative that came into our home was polite and professional. Since installing these windows I have noticed a decrease in my electric bill and the noise reduction in my home has been significant. . Which is wonderful since I live near a busy highway. . And they are beautiful!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant experience upgrading their windows :)

Excellent product and customer service! The salesman (Mike) explained everything perfectly! The installers (Yousmal) were thorough and clean! And the follow up was unbelievable and not intrusive. Th communication was spot on every step of the way, from initial contact through the entire process! Definitely would recommend! Not to mention how modernized our home looks now as well as safe!

Storm tight windows are definitely top grade windows. We are extremely pleased with your product. Our 1st experience of 8 windows installed 1 and 1/2 years ago was very good with the exception of follow up and follow through with the customer service department regarding a few minor glitches.

This installation was less than satisfactory as it took 3 days to install 3 windows and the installers were at our home 2 evenings past 8 p.m. from 9 a.m. Then because I have not paid the final 1/3 installment as I am waiting for the city inspection before I pay in full I was threatened several days ago with a lien placed against my home by what appeared to me as a bully representing Storm Tight.

This was the second phase of windows installed by Storm Tight having now completed the window replacements on the East and South sides of our home. This 2nd experience has been so poorly managed that we will not use Storm Tight for the remaining windows. This is very sad to me as we very much like the product but cannot and will not endure another experience like we have had with this 2nd installation.

This company somehow got my number through a panthers hockey game I never attended a year ago. Regardless,I told them this was the 3rd or 4th time they have called me asking me if I m interested in doing my doors/windows. I told them that I work for a door and window contractor so no I would not be interested. Their response was so if you do decide to move forward on your project you d go with your company? I said yes and to my surprise this RUDE salesman proceeds to say so you don t believe in betrayal? Before I can tell him to take my number yet again out of their system he hangs up! Very unprofessional!!!! I don t know how they are in business with their sales tactics and calling someone at 9pm!!!!!!

I purchased my impact windows from Stormtight about a year ago. The windows took on Hurricane Irma without flinching. These windows are tough and beautiful. The installation team were professional and on time as promised. I can't say enough great things about Stormtight and their staff. Thank you Stormtight.

The product itself sold it for me. The installation took 3 days due to the rain but the end product is exactly what I wanted and paid for. I had builder grade windows, they allowed a lot of noise and dirt/dust and were not energy efficient. I am looking forward to lower electric bills and security.

We used Stormtight Windows to replace all of the windows in our house. Their product is amazing and the installation team is thorough and did an excellent job cleaning up. The reason I give the company 3 stars is because their communications aren't the best. There were a few times that I called with questions or concerns and I would not hear back. At one point I needed measurements for a new window to be framed and they didn't call back until after the frame was built (4 days later). Once you get your windows fully installed, you will love them. The process to get there can be frustrating at times.

The installers were very clean a respectful. The install of the windows were perfect.

If I could give zero stars I would. This whole experience has been a night mare. We spent $20,000 on 8 windows for this amount of money you should be getting the best experience not a nightmare mind you, we are young this is our first home and don t have a lot of money so this was a big purchase for us, the installers came and installed the windows and mind you, the installers DONT work for storm tight they are just contractors and barley speak English. They don t care about there job. They had to break my original window in my kitchen to put the new one in (it happens sometimes) BUT they left glass EVERYWHERE!!! The installer asked if he could use my little vacuum to vacuum up shards of glass! Arnt you guys a window company? Shouldn t you have a vacuum?! I went outside my house and there were millions of glass pieces everywhere, mind you I have a 2 year old son and 2 dogs that could of gotten there foot sliced. They also left trash EVERYWHERE, boxes from the new windows where everywhere on my drive way and other things, also they stole water and Gatorade s from us. All of the windows were cricked so they had to have a tech come out a month and a Half later so fix ALL of the windows. ALSO, they are supposed to replace the whole window in our bathroom because the sales guy ordered us the wrong window, our water tank is in the way so there is no way of opening the window there for, it s a fire hazard. We told them 3 months ago to order a new one I spoke to 3 different people marking sure it was ordered, well come to find out when the tech came out to fix all the windows 2 months later the window hasn t even been ordered!!! They are also trying to make us pay for an unfinished job, the windows haven t even been inspected. Oh also, the INSTALLER made me give him a review on the phone right infront of him, he said he didn t want to leave until I gave him a review so he can get paid. of course I m going to give you a good review, your right infront of me it s just me by my self at the house with the kids, my husband wasn t home. BY THE WAY- if you need to get ahold of anyone NO ONE ANSWERS or they say they will call you back and NEVER do. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!

THE ENTIRE PROCESS , FROM THE INITIAL ORDER TO THE INSTALLATION WENT JUST AS WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WINDOWS AND HAVE NOTICED THAT THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY IS GREAT.

These windows make a HUGE difference in the amount of traffic noise I hear. They are aesthetically pleasing and easily operated. I haven't had them long enough to derive the economic benefits on the electric bill but I have no doubt that is coming as well. Storm Tight did a great job of installing them.

When i meet with the salesman he was very honest about how long the windows were going to be able to be installed and the windows were delivered right on the time he said.
Installment was done by very professional group that kept cleaning after themselves once they finished I had very little dust to clean.
I do recommend Storm Tight.

I found this company at a Festival booth and because we just got a new home that needs windows improvements, we decided to give them a try and get their free quote..

1. They requiered that both my husband and I to be present during the entired 2 hrs presentation. Why? They pretend that the sales man leaves your home with your signed contract in his hand..

2. First 30 mins of the "presentation" this guy focused in showing me what their competitors offer in terms quality and pulled out from his briefcase copies of these companies warranty policies.. Whatttt..? At this point i told him "Listen... are you going to present your product or what..? I dont even know what YOU are offering me".
He started to give examples of when he got his car, or when his grandmother got her new home...
At that point i felt something was not right!

3. He finally took the dimentions to my windows, WITHOUT showing me the sample piece of the frame he is carring around to show in his car, or colors, materials, specs.

4. He finally went to his car to got his samples and got into a long phone call with "the manager" and told him i was a very difficult "customer".. why? because when he walked through my front door i explained this sales man i work in the construction business and i am getting different quotes from different vendors to compare, and OF COURSE i will not be signing any papers after his presentation... He didnt like that at all, so at that point they decided to drop the ball...

5. He finally showed us this piece of frame sample that doesnt looked that bad.. but when the most important part was about to start.. he said he CAN NOT give us any estimate because of this famous rebay and his manager will be coming to our home later to talk about it... Oh men.. are you kidding me..?? He said my windows will cost about $50,000 plus installation, but that is something only the "manager" will discussed with us.

My advice is save your time, because in all the years i had been working in construction i had never experience such a bad feeling, I felt i was in a vacation timeshare presentation kind of!!!!!

What are you hidding? I am not interested on see any manager or anyone else from a company with this sales methods. Sorry folcks, but that didnt work with me!!

This sales guy didnt even give us a single sheet of paper with the information of what he just showed us. Anything!!! He said i should look online if i need more info.

I prefer to do business with serious companies and contractors.

If you thought buying a car was painful go ahead and schedule an estimate with storm right windows. I spent 3 hours watching videos from the CEO and listening to the sales rep tell me not just how great their windows are, but how terrible everyone else s windows are. I ve always felt there s no need to insult the competition if your product speaks for itself. Overall, the sales rep was knowledgeable and informative but the back and fourth with the price was unbearable. I asked for the cost for over an hour and was forced to keep listening to what seemed like a pre-programmed sales pitch. After it was all said and done, my initial quote was $49,000. Mind you, I do not live in a mansion. I have a house with 8 windows and a sliding glass door. So after all my discounts it was down to $30k. I said that was out of my budget, and a call to the manager got me down to $21k, but only if I guaranteed to an 11 month marketing contract to promote their windows. When I said $18k was my budget, I told me he could call back the manger and if I agreed tonight he would make it happen. I informed him i would like to discuss it with my wife and sleep on it and I was threatened that if he left tonight that offer would be off the table. From what I ve seen this company makes great windows, but their business ethics are far from acceptable. If you don t have 3 hours of your time to be pitched by a salesman don t call this company.

Company has high demands and doesn't meet family needs or basic concern. I was told that I would need to sit for a 3 - 4 hour presentation that my wife and I had to be present the entire time. I explained that I would be more then happy to listen to their pitch, but I have a one year old and an 8 year old at camp. If you need 3 to 4 hours to sell a product or measure my 8 windows in my house that are standard sizes, there is something wrong. Also you should accommodate your clients as you just lost a sale and I will purchasing impact windows from another vender.

We had a salesman come and quote us for 6 windows. 2 of the 6 were only 18 inches wide by 60 H, the remaining 4 were all 52 W x 60 H.
The first quote was for $13,622 and when I told them I thought that was outrageous, the 4 hour sales pitch began. I will say they seem to be very well made windows (reason for 2 stars) and could agree they should probably cost an average of $800 to $900 each installed
Well, after 4 hours of the salesman constantly supposedly calling his manager we were down to $7500 and when I said I thought that was still too much, he made another call.
This time he told us there was another large job going and he could somehow work it out with ours and we could now have the entire job done for $5700 but I d have to sign NOW.
So starting at $13,600 and reducing by $8,000 left me feeling something was not quite right. After reading numerous reviews with sketchy tactics, I m happy we didn t sign up. Still looking for a company I can trust...

Storm tight windows were the best discussion I made when putting in hurricane windows. The windows came in on time and the installation was done on schedule. The installation and clean up was done in one day. They took time to show me how the windows work before the left. I was so satisfied with the windows I had them come back and do my sliding glass doors. I would recommend storm tight to anyone looking for hurricane windows.

Set up an appointment at the South Florida Fair since we had been looking to put in a couple hurricane proof windows in areas that were impossible to put up shutters. 4 stars because they didn t show for the originally scheduled appointment. Upon contact, they were apologetic and sent someone out at our convenience. Windows appear well made and installation was excellent. We will sleep easier if another Irma comes our way.

We have had two separate transactions with Storm Tight Windows. They definitely have a gem with Nick as their salesman. He is thorough, friendly, and lets the product speak for itself instead of being pushy. Our first purchase hit a snag between starting the process with Nick and getting the paperwork completed for getting the windows ordered. We ended up having to contact a manager after 3 weeks of trying to get everything in order. Once that was completed, the installers were fantastic (and cleaned up all their debris), and the inspections was completed at the end of the day when they were almost done working. We had to have one window replaced because one of the screws was installed improperly and cracked the inside of the window, but this also went very smoothly.

We are now into our second transaction for the remaining windows. Again, Nick was wonderful. The paperwork to start the process went very smoothly this time as they were with the person that measured the windows. I would say that we weren t kept informed during the lag between ordering and delivery of the windows. When the 6 weeks had come and gone, we had to start contacting them to receive more information. The installers were, once again, fantastic. They were quick, detailed, and cleaned up all debris.

Unfortunately, the installation occurred 3 weeks ago, and we still have no final inspection. My husband talked to Mara twice and left her two more voicemails, but she did not return his calls or follow up with him. She called yesterday (Thursday, 3 weeks later) and happened to get me at home. We are finally set for Monday for the final inspection, but she cannot tell me any time frame for this. Not even if it will be morning or afternoon. She was not very friendly on the phone either. I m afraid the service staff at the office is the weak point of the company.

The windows will hopefully make a difference in our electric bill, and already make a huge different in noise reduction. Mr. Brown even stated that he would make sure both of our payments would be at the lower interest rate and be scheduled fairly close together so we could budget easier.

I would recommend you to include Storm Tight Windows for a demonstration from Nick before you make a final decision on your replacement windows.

Great presentation but that's where the greatness ends. I ordered windows June 6th and they have yet to be installed. I was told 4-6 weeks but they would rush them so it would be less than that. I don't think they understand the concept of a rush job because it's August 9th and the job has yet to even be scheduled for installation. If I had it to do over I would NEVER use this company.

***I just received a call back from the sales manager. He assured me that the problem will be addressed and he apologized for the miscommunication of expectations. 8-9-2016 I will keep it at 1 star until I know for sure if the issued has been resolved***

***Update 3-1-2017*** The installation was completed back in September 2016. The crew that came out did a great job! I have had a couple issues since installation but some of them have been corrected. I am still waiting on 1 new screen, 1 new window frame, and 1 new window. The problem is everything takes so long because they have to be manufactured, shipped and then installed. Overall though I'd say I would go with Stormtight again if I had it to do over.***

Bait and Switch. The Windows are nice and very expensive. The initial consultation for what i wanted was approximately 13000 thousand for 1 large picture window 2 small picture windows and 2 windows with half moons at the top. Before the deal was sealed i canceled the half moons which brought the tab down to approximately 5000 dollars which was what i could afford. Unfortunately when it was time for installation i get a call that no one sent the cancellation to the factory and today was my lucky day that i would be getting an 8000 thousand dollar discount if i wanted to get the canceled windows installed. Of course. Thr great dissatisfaction is after installation here comes a contract for approximately 13000 thosand dollars . what happen to the 8000 thousand dollar discount. I am a senior citizen and widow that is so very hurt by this situation. Because somone forgot to cancel or never intended to cancel. Any advice please help.

BUYER BEWARE! Almost ever normal sized house will be quoted 40K to replace windows and door. And then if you don't accept. Your phone will never stop ringing for them to let a lead sales person come out to cut the price in half. Which I ended up getting my house done by a better company for 1/4 the price.

I am impressed by the quality of the 3 windows that were installed. They look great and have added to the value and safety of my home. The quality of the finished product is as good as advertised, and I think good value for money. The only reason that I cannot give a perfect rating is that the project took a whole lot longer than anticipated and the company did not notify me of delays.

Very expensive, but the windows, by all accounts, appear to be very good quality and they stand by their product. The office, however, is a dismal failure. The lack of communication and poor coordination made me wish I could cancel the contract and work with another company.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent care taken to install each of my new windows by your installers. I was very impressed with the precise installation of each window and customer service. They arrived on time and went right to work, completing the job in a timely manner.

Windows are some of the best quality i have seen! Comparing mine to other houses on my street and the quality is clearly visible!
Installation team was awesome! They did a great job covering furniture and cleaning up after themselves.
Only reason they did not get 5 stars is because of the customer service lady (Mara). Lied to me twice and wen confronted she didnt seem to care. And very hard to get a hold of.

Lowering the over all stars simply because learning that my warranty is not as good as told. Turns out they will do nothing till you pay them $90 service fee. Reguardless of issue and where the problem stems from. Windows are just 10 months old and already had one crack from supposed house settling. My sliding door wouldnt open 5months after install and they wouldnt come out unless i paid $90 service fee.. and i literally live 5min from their office!.

To start, we are very happy with our new installed windows from the company, they are beautiful and it was a well done job.
My only but is with time . It has been 3 weeks since they were installed and I m still not done. Other than that, I do recommend the company.

I have never seen such an unprofessional company. They send people in recovery to solicit and harass our entire neighborhood on a monthly basis. Our neighbors call the police on them and they just keep coming back. I made the mistake of giving my number to them on their first visit, I've been called over 15 times, everytime I ask to be removed from their call list and they just hang up on me. Before doing any business with these people, ask your neighbors via your Next Door app for feedback.You will be amazed that this company is still in operation.

Top notch company with quality product that is customer oriented Every one connected with this company were totally professional. I was pleasantly surprised that the crew of four installed seven windows in one day. They removed the old clamshell awnings and was asked if I wanted to keep any. I said that I just wanted two pieces for spare parts for my neighbor. The installer later handed me the two parts that had been spray painted white. He explained that the parts were rusted together and had to cut the bolt that was holding them together. They patched and caulked the holes that were left from the removal of the clamshell awnings This crew was so accommodating and responsive to my concerns. It was amazing how they section the work areas with plastic to protect the furnishings from dust. They were meticulously neat and precise with the installation. We walked to each and every window to ensure that I was pleased with the product. Clearly the team take pride in the work they do. I am absolutely satisfied with the quality of the windows and the installation team. I would definitely recommend Storm Tight.

The worst costumer service after 2 hours presentation i put 1500 $ downpayment call the company to cancel the windows 3 day after comp. Policy i talk to nick and then to thristan after tha day a month ago no one answer the text or phone call to return my downpayment

Absolutely no complaints. The very first representative showed up at my door in a suit and tie - the company followed through with that first impression. I initially couldn't afford the windows and told the rep so. Someone followed up with me periodically during the next year to see if my circumstances had changed - again, very professional, not pushy. Finally I was able to have the windows done. The install team was very good and clean - no mess to clean up! The company sent a representative during installation to check up on the install. They then sent a representative a couple of weeks later to see and inspect the final product. We finally got to the city inspection. Even the city representative was impressed with the design of the window. My job was the first one that passed inspection that day! Kudos to Storm Tight.

I had just bought my townhouse and was doing a major overhaul when I found the company Storm Tight. I had them come out to give an estimate, and also to learn about their products. I needed 4 double sliding glass doors, 5 large windows, one arch window and last a small hallway window. I was impressed by the demonstration, the quality, and the warranty of the window systems. I hired them to do the work. Although the price to do all of this was considerable, I realized that each window was custom built, and that 2 doors open to the left and the other 2 to the right. Not a cookie cutter project. The arch window was custom too as well as the hall window. Once the windows were completed, the install was pretty quick. The job they did was top notch. I have had the windows now for over 5 years and love them. I also had a new A/C system installed and with the combination of both, my electric bill has dropped about 40%. I'm getting ready to sell this home and buy a larger place. I'll have Storm Tight bid this new place too. Also the folks that buy my current home will have a 20 year warranty that will extend to them. Kudos and thumbs up to Storm Tight!!!

Windows are of the highest quality. Workmen are very friendly, work well together, and are careful with your property. Also, responsive when calling and cooperative in every way.

I even had the installer come out to fix a minor repair on the screen of a window that I noticed after they received payment and they were very responsive. In April 2017 I decided to check out the Delray Affair, Art Festival. While strolling along the Fair, I stopped by Storm Tight Window s booth, and filled out a a drawing for $5,000 worth of windows. After I returned home from the fair, I was shocked to get a call from the company s president, informing me that I was one of a handful of winners. At that time, I had an order and a deposit for windows with Home Depot. That week I made an appointment with the Sales representative Nicky. Nicky showed me and my contractor, a sample window and we were both highly impressed with the quality features, level or protection and overall style. After Nicky gave us the price breakdown, I was thrilled to see that I would be saving several thousand dollars off the price I had been quoted by Home Depot. In addition Nicky pointed out the fine print, in the Home Depot terms and conditions, which did not cover all types of damage, as I originally had been lead to believe. I then accepted the deal with Storm Tight and cancelled my order with Home Depot. At the time, I was also having a problem completing my bathroom remodel as my contractor informed me that he could not complete my shower, until the window was installed. I contacted Storm Tight, and they were super responsive. Specifically Bianca. Bianca took the time to hear me out, and was able to help expedite my order, so that I could get the windows in as soon as possible, and have full use of my bathroom shower. The final step was the installation. The installer Felix was very efficient, neat & professional. All along the way, the Storm Tight staff was a pleasure and a delight to work with, and consistently went out of their way, to make sure I got my order completed in a timely manner, and with excellent attention to detail. There are a lot of windows companies out there these days, but none as customer focused, professional and dedicated as Storm Tight.

My windows have not been installed yet, but my initial experience with Storm Tight windows has been very positive. I set up an appointment for an evaluation and quote. The salesman (Jerry) arrived on time, was courteous, and very knowlegeable of the products. He offered detailed information and reasonable options for our needs from which we then decided to make the purchase. We were then called by a supervisor to verify our interest and purchase. He was friendly as well and seem to care about our needs. Next was the actual measurement appointment. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous to my family and our home. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to get my new impact windows!
