Windows are only a "few days old" -- and I have already noticed a difference in noise level and room comfort. Took the group of installers two days to take the old windows out and replace with the new. The crew worked well together -- a few installation concerns were encountered, the workmen were very quick to assist each other with solutions. They were professional, friendly, and informative.
Any questions I had were resolved by either a crew member or customer service.
Have recommended StormTight Windows to others without hesitation.
