This job was originally quoted at $36,000 for six windows, two doors and one sliding glass door. So after the big sales pitch on Cadillac windows and the pressure of this deal being off the table when I drive away we got a great $21,000 deal and we never got a break down on what each opening cost.The door is not installed properly and leaks water this is very poor workmanship for the money not to mention we couldn t even choose the doors that we wanted.We were told that Storm Tight did not manufacture the style doors we wanted but yet they installed doors from a company called RSL who do carry the doors we had asked for originally in fact they have a web site full of doors to choose from. I guess Storm Tight's factory must have ran out of doors? Well after all that we still have a door and a window that leaks water and was never fixed it is now over a year later, so much for Storm Tight !! it leaks when its just raining at my house. My experience is Storm Tight has very poor customer service unless they are selling you something.
