The sales rep was very nice and just doing his job, but I simply do not trust a company that goes to marketing extremes, insists that both homeowners are present, and FORCE us to watch a 2 hour video presentation, when we were already sold on the product. The high price of the product even after "discounts", plus the corporate arm-twisting, made us decide to get a few more estimates...and that is where it started to go down hill. We tried to cancel our policy within the 3 day window and found that we could not do so by phone or email, we were told we had to send it by telegram or drop it off at the headquarters over an hour away. It is absurd in this day and age not to allow us to email a scanned, signed cancellation! Nobody uses telegrams...I am surprised they did not suggest using a carrier pigeon. The regional mgr who would not answer our calls, only our texts, was evasive and made it difficult. We decided to drive to the headquarters and cancel and now we are using Home Depot for half the price.
