I ordered 4 windows for my condo in Florida so I was excited to get rid of the old single pane old ones. The install was scheduled for August. That didnt happen due to damage to 2 windows. So we rescheduled for October. I incurred extra costs because I live in NY, so I had to travel 2x for the same thing.
In the end, the windows are great. I used to hear the wind howl like loud wolves but now total silence. Storm Tight also discounted me about 10% of the total costs. That helped with the extra costs for travel. I recommend the windows, as they are very good. The customer care was good. I spoke to people at every level, from receptionists to the boss. Overall, I would recommend the company because in the end, they try to do the right thing.
