The salesman came to my house and gave me a ridiculous price to replace seven windows. I said I wanted to compare other quotes. It was high pressure to sign then or lose the discount he suddenly discovered. Foolish as I was, I signed the contract. It took him about 8 weeks to install. The windows were put in just before hurricane Irma. During the hurricane for the windows leaked, causing damage to a ceiling. I reported it immediately to storm tight, who told me not to put it through my insurance because they would submit it through theirInsurance. It took months of nonsense back-and-forth for them to fix the problem on the window installation. I had a friend look at the roof on a ladder and take pictures of how badly the work was done. I showed it to the representative of the company. They promised me week after week to send someone to fix the damage to the inside of my home. Finally they told me to fix it myself and send them the bill. I do not recommend them at all.
