The worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!! We have signed the contract to purchase the windows and have them installed almost a year ago. First they measured one window wrong and forgot to measure a window. So first time to our house with the windows took about 6 months and we were still missing 2 windows and 4 screens. Two months later we got 2 windows and 2 screens. Here it is almost a year and we are still missing 2 screens. We call and no return phone calls. We have called multiple times and never seem to get anyone. A few days ago we finally got to talk to a real person and they said they forgot to order our screens. Really?????? Why should we have to call to remind you??? I do not recommend this company at all!! Do not waste your time with these unorganized, incompetent people!!
