Even though we ran into a few issues in the beginning with permiting, wrong side glass, incorect door handle and missing door frame and screws i will like to say that after my husband went and sat down with chris the manager. Chris came personally to take pictures of our complains/ incomplete work and he promissed to take care of them. I want to thank Chris, Marlene and maintenance guy Dave. We love Dave he was very professional and very nice he fixed all previous mistakes and made us feel like valued customers. My husband and i are now happy our windows and doors are excellent. Love the quality, love how they look and the product is great. Thanks Chris, Dave and Marlen for going the extra mile! When i buy my next house i will definitely reach out to u guys for my new home impact windows and doors.
