Shocking customer service. Placed order 3 December...

Shocking customer service. Placed order 3 December, no product by 16 February so cancelled order. I was told a refund would be 14 days, which in itself is a joke as transactions are instant. 14 days later nothing, and I'm now told I'll get it by the end of April (it is still the 11 March).
