Bought a used phone, was in terrible condition so ...

Bought a used phone, was in terrible condition so sent it back which they were gracious about however - they have finally shipped the phone (after over 20 working days as opposed to the stated 5 needed to repair the phone, this adds up to over a month without my phone), they kept fobbing me off and saying they would get back to me but I had to chase up on that too. Now I find out they have shipped the phone to the wrong address (I specifically stated that I was no longer present at this address) and will somehow have to get the phone back from an old address in Germany. Was happy to start off with then they messed me around.
