SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Virtually unreachable on the phone, not willing to make any compromises! Delivery was late by two weeks! Then when it finally came, the phone was refurbish(as I knew) but the battery didn't last longer than two weeks before the phone was cutting off at 40% charge. When contacted about the phone, the company was reluctant to give refund but said they would. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THIS REFUND NOW, NEARLY A MONTH LATER, THEY HAVE MY DEVICE AND MY MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
