My partner ordered a phone over a month ago.

Took 3 weeks to send after repeated requests for more information on when it would arrive, to which we were given none.

Then when they finally sent it, they left the name, house number and street name off the address. The phone has been lost in transit for a week until we've located it.

Do not use this company. You can't even speak to anyone via phone. They only have online chat and email customer service. Presumably to avoid the torrent of abuse they are deservedly due.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
