I've had a terrible time with Quick Mobile Fix and would warn other potential purchasers to be wary. The first phone I ordered arrived swiftly with no problems. Full marks for that. Unfortunately (for me) I had to exchange the initial phone as it could cope with my iCloud back up. My second purchase has been a nightmare. Twelve days after the purchase I haven't had an update and the phone hasn't arrived. I haven't even been informed that there is going to be a delay. Consequently I have cancelled the order through my credit card company. Very disappointing as the initial impression (via my first purchase) was positive. Overall, I will not be using Quick Mobile Fix again, ever.
