Broken screen on iPad mini, aaargh!




Friday afternoon: Spent 3 minutes online to complete the deal, including printing off freepost label. 5 minutes to Post Office, job done, relax.

Monday morning: checked website - updated details showed my item as received and allocated to repair technician.

Tuesday lunchtime: checked website, details updated again to show repair completed and iPad dispatched back to me.

Thursday morning: parcel received, very well packaged, perfect repair (no sign that item had been repaired), iPad checked and working.
