This is without a doubt the very worst company I have ever encountered in my life! Following ordering a mobile phone from them on 7th April for my 10 year old I am STILL waiting . After I dared to question them back in May about the fact I had waited a month for a phone I was promised would be with me in 7-10 days I was told this was perceived as a threat and that my order would be cancelled
. I requested a refund which I was told would be 2 weeks. I am STILL waiting! Over 12 weeks later! AWFUL company who fob you off at every turn and consistently move the goalposts to suit themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Looking into legal action at this point.
