So far the product (refurbed 6S) is working great - no issues there. Had problems with customer service - slow despatch, no communication - eventually tried to cancel my order and go with another supplier - cancellation was confirmed but then phone was despatched so had to cancel order with other supplier. Impossible to speak to customer services on the phone. Thankfully no issues with the phone itself. QMFID: 230504
