Paid for an iPhone, received said iPhone. Said iPhone was damaged upon delivery. Returned iPhone....apparently never received. No refund given. I literally gave these guys money for nothing...

Also, why do they only respond to positive reviews??? Maybe address some of the issues that the negative reviews have to improve your chance of business, although it is probably too far gone now. I genuinely can't understand how these guys are still trading
