Terrible customer service. They don't answer their phone! Started a web chat which they ended the conversation after telling me they dispatched my phone to Ireland and then told me they hadn't dispatched it. On asking for a refund they disappear. Cue copy and paste comment from quick fix which they do for all posts similar to this VVVV
