Recently sold a phone to them as it was the best price offered too me. But from the start I had problems. On the Royal Mail tracking service it told me my phone was delivered but yet they couldn t find it for days. I emailed them a few times before all of a sudden they found it. They messed about during the processing period. In the end I did get my money for the phone but I wouldn t recommend them to anyone unless you want a fight on your hands. Don t even know how this company is still in business
