I ordered a refurbished iPhone 5s for my daughter ...

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 5s for my daughter who had saved up her Christmas money. To cut a long story short, it never arrived, leaving my daughter dissappointed. I had to chase them, and they finally admitted they didn't have it in stock.

Why take money for products you don't actually have? When I cancelled the order the refund then took 2 weeks to come through which to be fair matches the terms they quoted, but 2 weeks, really? I paid upfront, for something they must have known they didn't have when they advertised it.

With a little honesty and communication this could have been a different story. Hopefully lessons will be learned. I re-ordered from Music Magpie and it came the next day... not all second hand phone dealers are this bad!
