This company is a fraudulent con...do not use them!!
I sent them my phone with the label they provided. Despite it being signed for by them for weeks they denied receiving it. They do not answer the phone and take weeks to respond to emails if at all.
After threatening to report them to trading standards and the police I have received a phone back in the post but it is not the phone that I sent to them so they have basically stolen my good quality iphone and sent me back a scratched and damaged on that does not belong to me and they have probably stolen from someone else!!!!
I have given them 24hrs to resolve the matter and if not I will be reporting them to the police.
