Complete sham of a company,my partner ordered a phone 6th December was a no show, cancelled order on 19th December got an email the other day saying my refund would be processed on 8th February, when in fact they legally have 14 calendar days to refund from cancellation. I have been onto them every day and then get an email today saying refund will be processed tomorro, which I don't believe. As there are people been waiting since november for refunds. I have now contacted their local newspaper, trading standards, BBC watchdog and am in process of putting everything together to file a claim in small claims court.
