I have had an awful experience with quick mobile fix.
Firstly when ordering my refurbished Iphone 6s+ space grey (that said that they had in stock) I revived an email the next day saying they do not have any available, I was then offered a white one instead so it was shipped out and seemed like a good enough phone however when the charge dropped to less than 10% the phone became unusable due to it going very slow. So I sent the phone back for a repair and it was fixed and sent back to me the following week.
This seemed good however the phone had a screen protector on which had multiple air bubbles on with 1 large air bubble over the screen where you could clearly see dirt underneath the screen.
After using the phone for a few hours everything seemed to be okay until the screen started to do things with out me touching it for example if the phone was unlocked it would open up random applications or if it was unlocked it would press random keys which lead to the phone disabling itself. However this was not the only issue, when the phone got under 10% it still had the same problem where the sped dropped and it was unusable - therefore they did not even fix the original problem.
This is where the experience got even worse with Quick Mobile Fix. I asked for my money back but they told me that if we sent them the phone back they would fix it under the 12 month warranty and completely ignored the request to get the money back. As the company said that they could have the phone fixed and sent back within 3-5 days I decided to send them the phone as it still had over 11 months of warranty this was in the 13th of September.
So they receive the phone on the 14th or 15th of September I waited for the phone to be fixed and sent back.
10 days went by and nothing came back I sent the company an email asking about the phone this was around the 27th of September where i was told the phone was assigned to their technical team on the 24th of September which they told me they were on the 5th working day therefore having another 2 days to work on the phone so i waited another 2 working days.
Still nothing so I sent yet ANOTHER email asking about the phone and they said that they still haven't fixed the phone and I would have to wait another week.
This leads me to this week where i was supposedly meant to receive the phone but still nothing and i have been sent another email saying the phone MIGHT get fixed next week yet this has now been a month of waiting for a repair.
I have suggested to the company to send me the space grey phone like I originally ordered but they only reply to the email concerning the phone they have got now, I have also requested my money back but they also ignore that request.
The company has shown no sense of urgency with this phone and are ignoring the requests that I am making by just delaying the repair again and again which I have told them is unacceptable but they couldn't seem to care less.
So to conclude this company has given me the worst customer service I have ever experienced and are doing nothing to resolve the issue - I would not recommend this company to anyone.
