Wouldn t give me refund even though I emailed them about the phone been broken after 2 days as I was late sending phone back as obviously as most people are very busy, don t need these complications. However they have the option to redeem themselves if they send a a good working phone that should be perfect condition 129.99 and also extra 7.50 post and packaging which is extremely high considering it s iPhone 6 End of the day whoever is running this company if they don t get their act together I can t imagine this kind of thing can go on any longer I will wait and see if the phone I get is in working order and update accordingly.

Want a refund but am now told it will be 16 working days. I would be extremely surprised if this gets refunded at all and if it does it'll certainly not be on time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. -- approximately 2-3 months since I payed for the phone I barely used it 3-4 weeks maximum ,the rest was kept in their service shop/delivery or at my home waiting for the return postage stucker

I paid for a phone, they kept my money half the time without giving me a replacement phone(even from the bank you get commission 1% haha), the phone broke twice , I wasted roughly 20 he in total and got nothing back

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Buyer beware. Order confirmed 02/04/2020. Cancellation confirmed 27/04/2020 because no product forthcoming. After numerous emails (no phone contact available) I eventually received refund on 20/07/2020. There is a Facebook page that has been set up by people who are struggling to get their money back from this company.

Wish I could rate less as they do not even deserve one star ,please avoid this company at all cost waited over a month and still never received my phone,called over 8 times throughout the month each time took over half an hour to before I got through to anyone each all said the phone would be dispatched 3 to 3 days it never was ,tried to get a refund which they said it would take 14 days to process?? Sent some phones to them for cash but never received any money back. No emails or any type of correspondence. Avoid, they are crooks.

I am pleased with the phone. It is exactly as described and arrived within the 10 days as promised. I did order a different colour but would have had to wait longer but I am happy with the second option that was offered to me via email. I did try several times unsuccessfully to contact the company by phone and chat on the website. I got no response by either method, which is why I couldn t award 5 stars. I did however get replies to my emails albeit a few days later. Apart from that I would recommend Quick Mobile Fix when replacing a phone.

I would strongly advise not to use this company. I ordered a phone which was guaranteed a 3-5 day delivery. The phone took over 3 weeks to arrive. When the phone did arrive it was faulty. When the phone was returned it took 15 days, for them to even begin the process of a refund. I was then advised the refund would take a minimum of 30 working days. Strongly advise LEAVE WELL ALONE! On top of that staff are completely unhelpful and rude. This company deserves no stars! DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY.

So i be calling they customer service for 2 days before i got someone on the phone to talk to so I have them to cancel my order and refund me my money back. I have ordered a phone a week ago without reading the reviews. The day after I've ordered it I read some really horrible reviews and started to get worried if I am ever going to see my phone or money again.

Do not buy from these people. My son bought an iPhone. At first is appeared to be in good condition then it started to have issues. We returned it and they fixed it. It then started switching off for no reason so we have returned it again. This was 4 weeks ago. We are still waiting for a replacement. We have been given false information and no one calls you back. Very upset for my son who used all his savings to purchase this phone. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back or tell me what's happening.

I m pretty sure this company is dodgy. Please avoid and if buying a refurbished mobile I would really recommend envirofone instead.
I paid for a phone and didn t get any tracking details even after 10 working days. I escalated to quick mobile fix and it didn t help. I bought a phone from envirofone instead (great and came the next day!) and asked for order to be cancelled and refunded. Still nothing so I opened a case with PayPal. They still didn t respond. So I escalated to PayPal and then they finally sent me a phone.... not a refund as requested. Please avoid and spend your money elsewhere. If you do buy from them use a credit card or PayPal for protection.

I ve read a lot of negative reviews so I hope this will reassure some people who have purchased through quick mobile fix.

I made my purchase on the 7th of January before reading any reviews, a couple of days later I found what appeared to be endless negative comments about the company, so I rung them up, I spoke to a lovely man called Adam who offered me reassurance that my order had been received and was being processed. My 10 day dispatch window ended on the 21st of January and I hadn t received my phone so I rung again the following day and coincidently spoke to Adam again, nothing was too much trouble for him and he spoke to the dispatch team who understandably dealing with the back log of Christmas orders, but they reassured me my phone was being dispatched before the end of the next day. True to their word, my phone was dispatched the next day and I received it the day after dispatch! Perfect condition and super pleased I didn t cancel my order. Thank you so much to Adam for going above and beyond, you re a real superstar! A credit to the company. Would definitely buy off them again

Ordered iPhone 7 good condition. I don t know how all These people are ranting about fast delivery!!!! It was dispatched after 10 working days witch it states but is not fast the phone looked brand new for a grade C which I was pleased with. So I ordered another 2 iPhone 7 full bundles for my daughters that was the 29th November that was 19 days ago 13 working days you call or chat to them they ignore you then when answer call you disrespectful and hang up this was Ellis, still waiting with no confirmation of when they will be dispatched!!! .......predictably, they have just sent the response below. I have submitted my on-line claim via the small claims court.

A scam don t risk your money. Have taken my money on the basis of 7 day dispatch and warranty but a month on and no phone. No way to call them as the number goes to an automated message which directs you to a live chat function on the website which is disabled. Have not replied to my last 2 emails .... save yourselves the bother of small claims court and their imminent bankruptcy and spend your money elsewhere.

Sadly like many my phone never arrived, I've now been told I can get a refund within a month, why not instantly?! Trading Standards have been contacted and I will go through the charge back scheme with my bank. Stay away from this company. Certainly quick at taking your money, for products they don't appear to have.

Both of the phones I bought from them where faulty and they state that all the handsets have 12 months warranty!!!! Which is a lie, my phone is within the 12 months and they are refusing to fix the issues that the phone has that were reported within 2 weeks of buying the phone.
They are saying that is Should have have been returned to them within 3 months, which at the time I couldn t as I had returned one already and I assumed I still had 12 months so there wasn t a rush.

Again do not buy they just take your money give you faulty devices and on the phone are quite rude in regards to sort any Issues

Worst online service I have ever experienced. Phones are supposed to take up to 10 working days to be delivered. I have been waiting 4 weeks... Asking customer service multiple times never gave an answer as to where my phone was or any update at all, just that my order will now be "prioritized". Had the same email back 3 times. Trying to call them is useless as they never pick up the phone either! A friend of mine bought a phone of them about a week before I did and experienced the same thing. I'm now in the process of trying to get my money refunded... Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Bought a phone it was bricked, returned it for a different phone after much hassle. New phone cost less due a refund on difference. 3 months later still waiting on refund. i bought a phone from this company and it arrived well over month later.if you do happen to buy from this company, keep sending them emails chasing up about it and keep nagging them and they'll send it.

This was my second order from the website. The whole we aim to dispatch within 7 working days. However if there is a delay we will email you is a lie. My first order a few months back took 4 weeks to come and then was lost via the courier when using the collect + so when I had the email to say it had arrived, I had to wait another 4 days for it to be actually ready for collection. Then this second order I decided to chase them after 7 days and I had an email saying the item is posted after the 7 days so I quoted the above phrase and all I got in return was an email saying unfortunately there are delays no time scale no nothing. Luckily this second phone came with all the screen protectors and bits however my first one did not.

Had a few delays but overall good service and great price.

Do not use this company. I ordered an iPhone 7 Plus for my son on 25th June. The website makes it look like you re ordering a specific phone in specific condition off the shelf. You are not. Delivery was due within 7 working days. On day 6, 3rd July, we got an email saying delivery was delayed until 17th July. We decided to cancel as we would be on Summer holiday then, and they re already outside their delivery window. After a month long saga of emails (very slow to respond if at all) and attempted calls (you are number 29 in the queue!!! Never spoke to a person) and delaying tactics by QMF they have finally refunded me. My next step was to take it to Citizens Advice, we had already had an initial call with them. Disaster company. Appalling customer service

I sent my phone to be repaired with quick fix on the 11th July. According to the tracking system my phone was delivered back to my address (and signed for by someone I've never heard of) on the 19th July but it never arrived and over two weeks later I am still without my phone.

I recognise that the delivery issues are the fault of the courier but the level of communication from QuickFix and the lack of urgency they have showed in trying to help me resolve the issue and hold the courier to account has been woeful. I have followed up QuickFix on at least five separate occasions in the past two weeks to no avail. I called them again today after not hearing from them for nearly a week and again their response is 'we're going to follow up with the courier' which to date has produced no results.

I am still none the wiser as to where my phone is or at what point Quick Fix will take some responsibility for the issue and provide me with a new phone or at least a handset in the interim whilst they carry on trying to locate my phone.

I am writing this review in the hope that it will spark QuickFix to address the problem and get me a phone ASAP (it has been 3 and a half weeks now, hardly 'quick') rather than being given unhelpful responses from the customer services team on the phone.

Worst company! Do not have items in stock. It would appear they take your money and then try to locate the stock from elsewhere. Hence the 7 WORKING DAYS wait to get an item sent out. Then the if you haven t received tracking contact with 10 days. Then you contact for them to say please give us another 4 days. This is why the items turn up not on par, if they even turn up at all. Never know a company to take so long to get gadgets out for delivery. I am going to tasing standards tomorrow. And have a meeting at the police station tomorrow morning to discuss and make a claim for fraud. I warned the company that this is what I will be doing if I hadn t received my tracking into. I already have 27 names to add to my fraud case. If anyone else would like to add there s then please contact me.

I ordered an iPhone 7 on 28 June as I needed one for work ASAP. After nearly 2 weeks I received an e-mail saying the phone was out of stock!
I then requested a refund, and was told it would take 14 'working' days (nearly 3 weeks), effective from 2 days AFTER I had requested the refund. Today was the day I was supposed to get the refund and to no surprise it hasn't gone through. I called customer service today and waited nearly an hour to speak to someone. When they finally answered I was told they don't deal with refunds and refused to put me through to someone who did. I am now preparing to take this company to court as they have essentially stolen my money. I am sure that they do this just so that they can make interest on the money whilst it's in their hands. Disreputable, immoral company that is quick to take money when they are unable to fulfill orders. Reading other reviews on here makes me so sad. Children crying because their promised present was paid for but not delivered. Something which could have been echoed in my own house but, tired of being fobbed off, I luckily ordered a second phone from Amazon. Honesty costs nothing and unfortunately this company is nothing like honest. Steer clear.

The response from the owner is complete rubbish. This 'very thorough QC check' obviously is not thorough enough, as my experiences have proven, and Quick Mobile fix cannot ensure the quality they claim to do so.

But look at this response - I know that I was given a refund - That wasn't my complaint. Instead of rectifying the errors that occur, Quick Mobile Fix uses this negative review as an advert.

Ordered an iPhone 6S rose gold on 25th June 2018. Despite the website saying delivery 7 days it wasn t ! Delaying tactics in place! I was offered a space grey then a black one. I cancelled the order but they still sent it. I returned it in the original packaging as instructed! Then an email arrived to say the refund will be paid by latest 9th of August 2018 but no sign . I emailed them again and now saying it was escalated to the Finance Manager! Another delaying tactic!!! AVOID AT ANY COST! They are CON ARTISTS. I will inform Trading Standards and the credit card.

My husband bought me a refurbished iPhone 5s. It is in pristine condition, came in its original box, with cable, screen cover, you name it!
The service was excellent and it arrive very swiftly and well packaged.

Now it's been almost 4 weeks since I originally purchased the phone and still haven't received it or the so called free accessories. I cancelled the order and started a PayPal claim to get my money back.

I do not recommend using this company unless you have money to burn. I am convinced they do not have the stock in at time of purchase, not sure how they get away with it.

Worst decision I have made was trying to buy a phone from this company. Every thing they say they will do, doesn't happen, you have to chase them for everything, numerous times. It doesn't help when they advertise phones they don't have.
Don't think they will honour any money back guarantees or anything they put in a mail or on their website as you have to chase them for everything, numerous times.
As with many others who have tried to get a refund, they do not do anything they say they are going to do and delay, lie, basically anything to prolong the process, for several months so far and still waiting.
Before you hit the confirm payment button, be aware, you would probably be better off putting your money on the lottery, as the chances of you getting your money back, if there is an issue, are probably better.

Called customer service (if you can call it that) 28mins on hold to then be greeted by a rude individual who offered no help what so ever. There was no reason given as to why we hadn t recieved the goods. I was then told that the colour we requested was unavailable (which we were not made aware of at all) but they had a few other colours that they could dispatch today. ALL LIES. Manager was in a meeting a call back was requested but again they give you a ridiculous time frame. oh and the kicker? 10-14 days before they can issue a refund.

Quick mobile fix are only here to take your money and offer no goods. DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS.

This company is a joke, STAY AWAY and find another supplier. No phone delivered, no tracking number, no updates, no answering of main phone number, no ability to tell the truth. I was lucky and got a refund via PayPal.

Now follows a stock response from their surprising capable web person. If only they put so much effort into supplying the phones that they claim to be able to deliver....

They took my 400 euro and sent me a dodgey phone. I sent it back and asked for my refund. They told me I'd get my money back in 14 days. 2 months later they still have my money and have been ignoring all my emails. Bunch of coward thiefs.
