Replaced the screen for a Oneplus 2. Very friendly repair booking, freee to and return delivery (label included), fully insured both ways. Unfortunately I was in a rush and did not see the free insurance cover to QMF so paid extra. Enquired about progress after 48 hours and got a prompt reply (that's important to me). Status report on repair however was not very clear and could be better. Turnaround was just one week (weekend included) which was good. Very satisfied and will recommend to others. Reasonable rates. Also learned about refurbished devices which will interest me later.
Traded in iphone handset in good condition (no chips cracked screen etc) then days later got a counter offer of half the price for 'poor condition', no explanation of the reasons, poor experience around, be aware

So in order to get your attention I'm writing my review again. After I last posted you where quick to call me or contact me back., specifically a girl named Tori who said she will update everyone on my situation and that I would only be dealing with her. However, you's showed your incompetency as a company not long after as I have dealt with everyone but Tori.
To start, I had notified Tori that I recently changed addresses from Ireland to the London. Tori had mentioned this when she phoned me as she could see my message was sent not far away from your offices. I distinctly told her not to send my replaced phone back to my Irish address. She also made me send her my ENGLISH address to your customer support email. So why is it that I get a phone call from my parents in Dublin to tell me my phone arrived there today??? I mean are you's actually so stupid?? Why on earth do you tell me to supply my new address if you are going to proceed on sending it to Ireland? Like this is beyond a joke. I want something done about it. You already know the difficulty I had in shipping it from Dublin when it had to be repaired. I don't believe I should have to pay for a courier service to deliver a phone to myself when it should have gone to the right address in the first place. Sort it out!!!!

I honestly WISH I had read the POOR reviews before purchasing from this company. It's been over 3 weeks from when I placed my order, I had been emailing the company in order to find out if my phone was being delivered any time soon and I all kept getting back was a copy n pasted email which said you will receive an email once your phone has been dispatched.JUST YESTERDAY I received an email saying NOW they will take a further 7 WORKING DAYS which means it could take another 2 weeks for my phone to arrive. What a disgusting, horrible service. Ordered a phone over 4 weeks ago, it arrived - please note tracking system on their site does not work. I paid for an unlocked phone and I receive a locked one. I pay to see to which provider it is locked to and I keep on contacting them. No answer most of the days, if I'm lucky the day after I receive a measly apology. It has now been 3 weeks. My phone is still locked. No response from their "customer service". They send the wrong product and don't even have the decency to fix it, even though it should be a fairly easy procedure. I am physically and mentally tired of trying to call - nobody ever answers and of sending emails wondering when this phone will actually be unlocked. They had the guts to question if it is really locked, I had to send a picture to verify this. How disgusting.

Absolutely atrocious customer's service!!! Do not buy from this company. It's been 2 months and I still have not received a refund. The phone I purchased took so long to come and it arrived faulty. Sent the phone back after numerous attempts of them trying to get me to fix it. Had to buy a new phone in the interim and then asked for a refund upon returning the phone. They acknowledged they received the phone and send they were sending a replacement. After I stressed I wanted a refund the said they never received the phone. After proving they said they had it and would forward the claim to refunds, they again started claiming they never had the phone! This has gone full circle 3 times. Then out of the blue after they finally confirmed I would get a refund, another phone was delivered! This is going to drag on for months! They never answer the phone either and they are clueless on email.
Excellent Service. Three cases had been handled very well. Recent one, accidentally no order number on the label and no receipt from the Post office. Still I got the repaired iPhone a day before my staff going on a business trip.

UPDATE: 09/04/19 - DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLL. Had to send the item back. Told me I'd get a full refund in 30 days. At day 42 I chased. Then we spent two weeks trading emails where most of their replies were "We'll get back to you soon", or "Finance department are looking into it". In the end I had to get PayPal to intercede on my behalf. Will never use again and will advise everyone I know to steer clear too !
UPDATE 12/04/19 - IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY. I had to email you eight times. I received five replies, each of which was that you'd get back to me soon. On the eighth email, after I'd stated PayPal were involved, you replied apologising and telling me the error was caused by a change in payment providers. Presumably this was known when I first contacted you. Why did it take eight emails and involvement of PayPal before I got an adequate response? Like I say, terrible service. Never to be used again.
I have ordered devices they have not been delivered well past there 10 working day estimate, the company do not answer the phone, the live chat doesn't work and they do not respond to emails. I have now had to open a case with offcom to get my money back.

Excellent service, very straight forward to order the repair necessary which represented excellent value. The repair was completed very quickly to a superb standard and returned in excellent packaging to protect the phone. All round would use again and highly recommend.

I have been waiting for a refund since April 2020. I have chased numerous times and all I get is a pre-prepared email giving some date in the future which then passes without payment. This has happened numerous times. Be very wary of any transactions. The replacement phone I received was fine but it was not sent without my paying the full amount for it instead of just paying the difference.
Bought an iPhone 5s recently, it was reconditioned but you'd never know it. Arrived within 48hrs of placing the order and a far better price than other stores. I'll be going back for future family phones.

Assumed that, because of the company name (*QUICK* Mobile Fix) and the fact that phones are almost always delivered within a couple of days, mine would arrive quickly. There was no estimated delivery date until AFTER I ordered.
My phone NEVER ARRIVED. After the initial confirmation, I heard nothing. After a few days, I emailed asking for delivery date & was advised "Up to 14 working days"
Almost 3 weeks! My bad for not double checking. So I wait 14 working days and not a peep from them. Email again and the reply was "Oh yeah sorry, now there's an extra two week delay on the iPhone 7". Right!!
I cancelled immediately.

Absolute joke of a company, customer service is non-existent and dealing with them for over a month has been a real pain. Most likely will only get a general response to this that they seem to copy and paste to everyone who complains, but just want to let other people thinking about using this company to know what an incredible hassle it is.
I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6s 64gb on 28 October and got an email saying it would be dispatched within 3-5 business days. I didn t hear anything from them, so after eight working days I emailed them asking for the phone and they replied saying there is a slight delay in the shipping due to extra quality control checks. Obviously, nobody had informed me of this prior to this email.
After more delays and several unhelpful emails later, I finally received a phone on 15 November, so 13 business days after I had purchased it. How it took them so long to perform these so-called quality checks, I do not know. However, the phone I received was an iPhone 6s with 16gb memory instead of the 64gb one I had purchased. Because they reply to emails very slowly, after two days of emailing back and forth I was told to send the phone back to them. I sent it back to them on 20 November and on 22 November they received it.
On the 24th I got an email saying they are processing a refund and I would receive it within 3-5 working days. Now, I had not asked for a refund because I really needed this phone, so I obviously asked them what on earth this was about. All I got back as a response was, Please ignore the previous email which was send by an error. No other explanation on what was going on with the return.
After sending them yet again another email asking after the phone I had purchased, on 25 November I was told it would be dispatched within 2-4 working days. The email also stated, You can track your order using the order tracker on our website- click here, with no link, and when I enquired about the tracker I was told there has been a slight glitch and that they re working on it. In a response to another review on 30 November, they said the tracker had been down for a few hours and that is a blatant lie, as it has been down for at least five days.
On 30 November, which marked the 4th working day after I had been told the phone would be dispatched, I emailed them asking for a confirmation that it would be dispatched. They told me it would be dispatched within the next 24-48 hours, proving that they yet again lied to me about the dispatch schedule.
They always send generic, copy+paste emails in response to my enquiries and I really have to drag any answers out of them. It s now been over a month since I purchased the phone, yet I ve not received a single heartfelt apology nor any compensation for this tedious process. So, if you re lucky, you might get a nice phone for a good price from them, but if anything goes even slightly wrong, dealing with the company takes forever and they re really dismissive in their correspondence to you.
I will update this if I ever actually receive the phone.
Ordered phone for my daughter a couple of months ago. Stated that it would be with us in 7-10 working days, which seems too long anyway as most offer next day delivery because the phone you ordered should already be ready for dispatch. Time came and went and still no phone. Emailed them, as no phone number for company. Took ages to reply back. When they did they said that phone is still being put through tests - strange excuse - as phone should have already been through tests and ready to be sent out.
Then 3 emails later they again have stated that phone is going through tests (how many can they do) and then stated that phone had failed their quality control tests, as other reviews have also said. Finally got phone almost 2 months after i ordered it. Avoid these time wasters at all costs as they use the same excuses. If they do not have the phones available ready to dispatch then they should not be advertised on their website.
I suggest that they change their name from QUICK (yeh right) Mobile Fix to Mobile Fix and We Will Send You The Phone When We Feel Like It

I purchased a phone on 6 June and still have not received the phone. When I placed the order it said it would be 5-7 working days. I have constantly been trying to contact QMF but the lines are always engaged. I have emailed asking for a update on my order and they have been very unhelpful, they have told me they can not give me an expected delivery date. So I have paid for the phone, they cant give me a delivery date and just expect me to wait.. weeks or days? I can not get though to speak to some one there. This is the worst experience I have had ordering online. Totally unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Have requested a refund today 19/12/18, as I was told my phone was "due" for dispatch between now and Friday, but he would not guarantee that my phone would actually be dispatched in time for Christmas. Have been informed that my 10-14 working days for a refund won't even begin until 2/1/19, as the relevant department is closed for Christmas. Was assured my refund request would be acknowledged via email TODAY, however, as it is now past 4pm, the time they close, I can only assume this will fail to materialise.

The person I spoke to on the phone would not answer a direct question and gave me an ultimatum. At no point did she try to explain the status of my order. She did try to speak over me and not let me air my concerns and refused to answer my questions regarding quality control, again, phones coming in and out all the time, is nothing to do with quality control. I was given no option but to raise my voice to be heard above her excuses and ultimatums It's almost Christmas,people are going to be pretty angry when you take their money and provide them with nothing. The email tells me nothing. You aim to dispatch quicker than the EXTRA 1-4 working days I did not agree to. That's hardly reassuring. If you're not rogue traders, prove it by answering the phonelines, instead of cutting people off in a set pattern, and answer your MANY critics.
Disgraceful company. Spoke to someone with the customer service skills of a toddler, who seems to think that a "quality control issue" is that phones come in and out all the time (?!). They clearly need to train the people they have answering the phones (when you're trying to pay for a service, they don't answer the actual customer service line) on what their jargon means, or risk looking foolish, like today. She proceeded to give me "an ultimatum". Pretty certain she meant choice, but ultimatum fits with their 'we don't care' attitude. Basically, they've taken my money and not provided the goods, and expect me to be okay with the fact that I have to wait another 1-4 working days, which takes us to five days before Christmas. Or I can have a refund, but reading the reviews suggests I have very little chance of seeing my money or the phone before my daughter's birthday in April, let alone Christmas.
I suspect I'm going to have one disappointed tween on Christmas day (and this is the first thing she's ever asked for, so I feel doubly gutted at letting her down and my poor choice)

Fantastic service and good value for money too. Self postage service worked a treat. Sent my sons HTC Desire 610 with its heavily cracked screen off via my local Post Office on the Saturday. The repaired phone was delivered at home the following Thursday. Can not fault and would certainly recommend.
Exactly five weeks ago today 'quick' mobile fix received my phone for repair. They have been fobbing me off ever since with various excuses, these people do not have any customer service skills whatsoever, they have disconnected their phones and 2 out of 4 live chat requests today were ignored, the others were answered after a long wait. They respond to emails intermittently, and slowly but never answer the question at hand directly.
They have finally confirmed that they have received the part, despite having told me minutes before that there was no way for them to get that information, but that the repair will take a further two weeks, that would be 7 weeks in total plus shipping! They advertise a typical turnaround of 1 working day plus shipping.
I don't think they ever had any intention of carrying out a repair, I am worried that they will not refund the fees paid or return the phone, from what I have read online I suspect they are nothing more than petty thieves with a website. I will be reporting them and taking this as far as necessary if the phone and refund are not forthcoming.
If this was the only place in the world that repaired and sold phones I would just reconnect the landline, I have never been angered or treated so badly by a company before. AVOID.

I'm having an absolutely terrible experience, where I have not been refunded for a cancelled purchase in over six months, despite being told twice that the finance department is processing my refund. I feel like every time I try to speak to them it is just a stock response asking me to wait... The reason I cancelled in the first place was because the phone had not even been dispatched one month after I paid for it! I just want my money back.

Abysmal customer service, like many others have written, we ordered almost a month ago and have still not received the phone. I have emailed customer service several times and no answer. I would not recommend buying a phone from here especially if you actually want to receive it within a month! You have to be honest with your customers! If the phone is going to take 20 working days to arrive, you should be upfront and honest about it. Instead you say 10 works days, which by reading the other reviews is obviously dishonest.
Bought a refurbished iPhone 6s. Looked great but battery had 42% wear making it 'very bad' according to Battery Doctor app. Returned it OK and and was told refund would be issued in 3-5 working days. Contacted them again on day 6 and only this prompted them to issue refund for which I now have to wait another week. If they hadn't returned the SIM card I left in the phone it would have been one star.

Do not use this company! Ordered an iPhone XS Max as it was a slightly better price than other places, after paying received the confirmation email stating that the phone would be sent in 7-10 days. Accepted that with all the COVID crazyness in mind.
10 working days passed and still no update, emailed and told they were working on it. Waited a few more days, still no update. Emailed again, no one could give me any dates so i asked to cancel the order. Was told that was fine but it would take 14 working days to process the refund.
Madness but no choice, waited the 14 days, no money in the bank account so emailed again, only to be given a date of when i would receive the money back which was in another 20 WORKING days. That date has also passed and still no money.
I went to music magpie, paid a little bit more but received the phone the next working day, go there and pay a bit more for something that will actually turn up.

Avoid these con artists. Hopeless and entirely unhelpful. Products sold don't match the descriptions. Impossible to get a response from, they just tell you to contact customer services, who promise to call back and never do. No response to any emails. Literally the only response possible is from social media, who just tell you to get in touch with customer services!

Sent my phone for a simple battery replacement. The 1-2 days estimated time turned into 3 weeks, comprising: 2.5 days for the phone to pass through their receiving dept, 7 working days of nothing happening, only then I got asked for the PIN before they could proceed, 2 days to respond after sending them the PIN. At this point I ran out of patience and trust, so asked for the phone to be returned. 3 working days later, they still haven't sent it.

So I got in touch and sent it back asking for a refund instead of a repair( as they state at time of purchase you have 12 month warranty) this was in early February. After a month of them not responding to my emails and saying that I will have a response soon. Nothing happened. So anyway fast forward to today (3rd June 2020) after claiming a cash back through Barclays Bank I was able to receive my refund. Quick mobile even sent me emails promising a refund within 5 days back in April!! Absolutely beyond me how they are still open and operating as a business when all they do is scam people! Ordered a mobile from their website. Was told it takes 10 working days! Didn t arrive as told. No one answers the phone. The warehouse/office is down the road from where I live. If you cant make it at least let me know, rather having me chasing you guys up.
Purchased an iPhone 6S. I received it promptly in good packaging and at a competitive price. I had reason to speak with customer services and was dealt with in a respectful manner. All queries were promptly dealt with.

Where to start with this company, shocking..was sent a refurbed phone. Don t take a genius to work out the phone has white washed screen (white pressure marks) over the screen down to a terrible refurb. Screen touch unresponsive. This was after being told 5 working days and waited two weeks for a QUICK FIX mobile, nothing but bull.
Returned the phone after waiting a further 2 weeks have been sent another one being told it will be here for Friday. I move Monday and knowing how the company s are taking the mick it won t be here by the time I ve moved house and the lucky new tenants are going to get a new phone they don t even have to sign for!!

Really pleased with the order. Ordered a used iPhone 7. It Arrived quickly even though I ordered over a bank holiday weekend. Staff were very helpful, and answered my quesrions really quickly and helpfully. Great price and really good product. Hard to fault at all.
There was a delay getting the refurbished phone I ordered, but they suggested a different colour version that I was happy to accept. Phone arrived promptly after that. I was surprised that no charger came with the phone, but I prob just didn't read the fine print too closely when ordering.
This is the second time that I have used Quick Mobile Fix and the price is good and the service speedy. I was very happy first time round (replacing a cracked ipad screen) but not happy at all this time as the replacement screen on my son's phone has cracked badly on only the second time he took his phone out with him. It was simply in his bag - there wasn't any 'accident' with the phone/bag. The phone (with original screen) was carried around in the same part of his bag for a year without a problem! I am convinced that a substandard glass must have been used.
DON'T BE TEMPTED, this is either a seriously incompetent company or a crooked front. Either way, don't try and find out, it's simply not worth it

Unreliable, shipping times are a complete lie. Terrible customer service can never get through on the phone and only receive automated responses to e-mails.
I sold my old phone through Quick Mobile Fix as they offered the best rate I could find for the Galaxy S7 (other than selling it myself on eBay). I'm glad I did, as the process was quick and easy and the postage was free and insured. My only suggestion for improvement is that the tracking could be more detailed. It would have been reassuring if I had received an email or text confirming they had received my phone, and giving me an estimate of when I could expect to receive payment.

A little concerned as I haven't received my order yet and when I've rang they cant give me any specific details as to when it will arrive.
Reading these comments is making me more worried incase I'm waiting a few weeks to a month for my delivery?
Update, just received an email from this company stating there was an extra 2-4 days for dispatch, despite me ringing this morning and the man on the phone looked into my account and said my phone would arrive at the latest on Tuesday!!
I posted my second order (Samsung Galaxy s4mini) via the free pre-paid insured return delivery option after my terrible broken ipad2 screen recovered. Good fast,reliable service.
Got my son a refurbished iPhone 7 ..was in great condition however had a problem with it after a few weeks ..this was quickly rectified and he had his phone back within 10 days..great service again
A Shocking Company
Paid for a phone. Nothing received, only automated emails responses to my attempts to make contact. No phone number and an address that would appear to be a sheet metal fabrication company. I am now having to pursue a refund through my card company.
Please avoid what is clearly a sham.
I ordered an iPad for my wife from QMF(QMF ID 1874701) back in January and it arrived on time and in great condition, she uses it daily and it still going strong. At half the price of a new one everyone is happy with it, thank you.
Appalling. Received a broken phone, sent it back and my own expense and still waiting for a refund. They won't even answer my emails now, and they no longer list a phone number. You can find the phone number in the BT directory but it's just an answering service. I'm gone back to my credit card company to try to get my money back. AVOID, Their phones are actually not much cheaper than buying new and at least a new one would work. Order ID 309633
