UPDATE: Still haven t received my refund! Where is it????? Not surprising. Company is a joke. If I lived nearby I d be banging down their door. Hopefully the police will instead. Absolute daylight robbery.

DO NOT BUY FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX. Absolute farce of a company. Ordered my phone a month ago, fobbed off constantly, I don't believe there ever was a phone to send out. Want a refund but am now told it will be 16 working days. I would be extremely surprised if this gets refunded at all and if it does it'll certainly not be on time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. Am reporting QMF to trading standards and escalating this further. Company needs to be shut down. Complete joke.
