Worst decision I have made was trying to buy a phone from this company. Every thing they say they will do, doesn't happen, you have to chase them for everything, numerous times. It doesn't help when they advertise phones they don't have.
Don't think they will honour any money back guarantees or anything they put in a mail or on their website as you have to chase them for everything, numerous times.
As with many others who have tried to get a refund, they do not do anything they say they are going to do and delay, lie, basically anything to prolong the process, for several months so far and still waiting.
Before you hit the confirm payment button, be aware, you would probably be better off putting your money on the lottery, as the chances of you getting your money back, if there is an issue, are probably better.
