terrible service. The phone i purchased didn't work properly (faulty battery) and the replacement wasn't good either - they clearly don't check/test the phones as advertised and the customer support was tedious and presumptuous. Not impressed.

The response from the owner is complete rubbish. This 'very thorough QC check' obviously is not thorough enough, as my experiences have proven, and Quick Mobile fix cannot ensure the quality they claim to do so.

But look at this response - I know that I was given a refund - That wasn't my complaint. Instead of rectifying the errors that occur, Quick Mobile Fix uses this negative review as an advert.

Stay away from this company.
