Absolutely shocking. Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered an iPhone 7 on 28 June as I needed one for work ASAP. After nearly 2 weeks I received an e-mail saying the phone was out of stock!
I then requested a refund, and was told it would take 14 'working' days (nearly 3 weeks), effective from 2 days AFTER I had requested the refund. Today was the day I was supposed to get the refund and to no surprise it hasn't gone through. I called customer service today and waited nearly an hour to speak to someone. When they finally answered I was told they don't deal with refunds and refused to put me through to someone who did. I am now preparing to take this company to court as they have essentially stolen my money. I am sure that they do this just so that they can make interest on the money whilst it's in their hands. It is absolutely shocking that companies can get away with things like this is should be illegal. Please listen to my advice: and AVOID QUICK MOBILE FIX!
