Do not use this company. I ordered an iPhone 7 Plus for my son on 25th June. The website makes it look like you re ordering a specific phone in specific condition off the shelf. You are not. Delivery was due within 7 working days. On day 6, 3rd July, we got an email saying delivery was delayed until 17th July. We decided to cancel as we would be on Summer holiday then, and they re already outside their delivery window. After a month long saga of emails (very slow to respond if at all) and attempted calls (you are number 29 in the queue!!! Never spoke to a person) and delaying tactics by QMF they have finally refunded me. My next step was to take it to Citizens Advice, we had already had an initial call with them. Disaster company. Appalling customer service
