Useless. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a pristine iphone 6 only to receive a phone 2 weeks later and the volume down button didn't work. Returned for a refund. They received the phone 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund. Sent emails but just an automated response. When you call your in a queue waiting at least 1 and a half hours to talk to someone. I have bought a NEW phone sealed in the box with all the accessories including charger and earphones with a gift of extra charger lead, glass screen protector and silicone case for the same price off Ebay with 12 months warranty

3 months later and still trying to get a refund. Always changing the dates. They must not have any money in their accounts to refund. I will not give up.

They have breached the consumer rights act 2015.. terrible company. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I should send them an invoice for telephone costs in contacting them constantly.
