Worst online service I have ever experienced. Phones are supposed to take up to 10 working days to be delivered. I have been waiting 4 weeks... Asking customer service multiple times never gave an answer as to where my phone was or any update at all, just that my order will now be "prioritized". Had the same email back 3 times. Trying to call them is useless as they never pick up the phone either! A friend of mine bought a phone of them about a week before I did and experienced the same thing. I'm now in the process of trying to get my money refunded... Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
