I sent my phone to be repaired with quick fix on the 11th July. According to the tracking system my phone was delivered back to my address (and signed for by someone I've never heard of) on the 19th July but it never arrived and over two weeks later I am still without my phone.
I recognise that the delivery issues are the fault of the courier but the level of communication from QuickFix and the lack of urgency they have showed in trying to help me resolve the issue and hold the courier to account has been woeful. I have followed up QuickFix on at least five separate occasions in the past two weeks to no avail. I called them again today after not hearing from them for nearly a week and again their response is 'we're going to follow up with the courier' which to date has produced no results.
I am still none the wiser as to where my phone is or at what point Quick Fix will take some responsibility for the issue and provide me with a new phone or at least a handset in the interim whilst they carry on trying to locate my phone.
I am writing this review in the hope that it will spark QuickFix to address the problem and get me a phone ASAP (it has been 3 and a half weeks now, hardly 'quick') rather than being given unhelpful responses from the customer services team on the phone.
