Order placed, 8 days pass with no tracking number (5-7 working days).

DO NOT EMAIL YOU WILL NOT HERE BACK.

Called customer service (if you can call it that) 28mins on hold to then be greeted by a rude individual who offered no help what so ever. There was no reason given as to why we hadn t recieved the goods. I was then told that the colour we requested was unavailable (which we were not made aware of at all) but they had a few other colours that they could dispatch today. ALL LIES. Manager was in a meeting a call back was requested but again they give you a ridiculous time frame. oh and the kicker? 10-14 days before they can issue a refund.

Quick mobile fix are only here to take your money and offer no goods. DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS.
