What a joke of a company - avoid!!

TL;DR

Phone bricked. Refusing to refund. Like many others.

Bought a phone it was bricked, returned it for a different phone after much hassle. New phone cost less due a refund on difference. 3 months later still waiting on refund. New payment provider etc. etc. Deliberately delaying so it falls outside the 120 day credit card chargeback rules. Terrible company to deal with. Pay more elsewhere and have a good experience. Avoid this company at all costs.
