Unfortunately, it took in excess of a week to dispatch, one of the slower purchases I have made online in the past year. Knocked a star off for this reason.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Absolutely rubbish I am a 13 year old girl and my mum and dad had ordered me an IPhone 8 Plus in gold six weeks ago that gave them 10 days not counting weekend to get the phone dispatched.

Although it has not come my birthday was 2 weeks ago, they have taken the money and keep pushing the dispatch date later and later. As a Thirteen year old girl this is heartbreaking and has been a disaster!

For some reason they don t want to do much about it they NEVER answer the phone and only really care about OUR money but I am praying my phone will come in good condition this week

I am so distraught that my 13th birthday has been a mess and resulted in me texted my mum throughout school to see if there is any news, AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! (They don t really care)

Had a poor experience! It took around 10 attempts at phoning them before anyone answered the phone, and the email response was very much a 'company policy' type email. Not a lot of help!
In fairness to some of the staff, when I did get a response they were sympathetic and did as much as they could and appeared to be constrained by other factors, but as per another review, I asked for a refund on a Friday and had the phone delivered the following Tuesday! Lesson learned i think, cheapest is not the best!

Ordered Iphone 6s may 31st receive phone 6 days later on 6th of June. I email QMF on 8th June after discovering the headphone jack doesn't work and the battery drains extremely quickly, they advise to send back. 15th June they confirm they received the handset and have assigned it to a technician.

5 days later I have heard nothing, no update or anything, so i email the company and the next day they say the phone is ready to be dispatched (indicating the phones problems have been fixed - more later) and will be done so by the weekend. The weekend comes and no surprise here the phone isn't here and hasn't even been dispatched.

23rd June I have emailed twice more now asking where the phone is and what is going on as i need the phone for a holiday in about 4 days time. They finally email back saying the phone cannot be repaired (even though 3 days ago it was fixed and ready to be dispatched - strange?). I email back and the next day i receive and email asking for my number so you can ring me to discuss the phone, i emailed them my number promptly as it is getting closer and closer to my holiday now, they promise i will received a phone call on 26th June in the afternoon, to which i do receive the phone call at 3pm saying the phone has been dispatched and will be with me tomorrow (in time for my holiday).

I do actually receive it the next day, but again the phone is faulty. This time it does not read sim cards leaving me with no phone, as who wants a phone that cannot ring people? The replacement phone they send me also has a lot of cosmetic scratches, different to the original phone i purchased so i have paid for a very good condition phone only to receive one which has been battered and scratched along the back. This is strange now considering QMF have excellent technical experts (apparently) and all phones go through stringent quality control before being dispatched (again apparently).

The next day on the corning of my holiday i email with all the problems i have encountered and expect that 7 days later when i return from holiday i will have received and email explaining what i am to do next as i have again received a faulty device from QMF.

Funnily enough i return from my holiday to no email, so QMF are up to their old tricks of ignoring customers problems again. I email asking where my reply is whilst also filing a complain with Paypal as i feel 7 days is more than long enough to reply to my email and what a surprise i receive a reply almost instantly detailing how sorry they are and an offer to repair the phone again. I refuse to gave this phone repaired again as last time it took 12 days for them even to tell me what the problem is and i do not want to wait that long again.

All in all they are a terrible company with awful customer service skills which has led me to writing this review as i am angry and fed-up. They have amazing technical experts (apparently) who check every phone before it is distracted but i doubt this as so far i have received two broken phones with easily discover able problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give them 0 or minus stars then I would. I ordered a Macbook from them on 25th June. It is now 5 weeks later and not only have they not fulfilled my order but they have not even given me a refund despite my regular emails requesting one. Awful generic responses from them show that there is zero customer service training to any of their staff and they couldn't care less about their customers. And don't even bother trying to ring them.... you will never get through. Essentially this company will just take your money and give you nothing in return. Please listen to the many bad reviews and do not use this dreadful company.

The Phone i received barely worked, glitching, battery dying on 40%, turning off randomly etc, and when the screen randomly popped out one day when put down on the floor it slightly broke in the corner, the company couldn t admit to any of the faults already existing in the phone they blamed all of it on me. They were quick to take more money off of me for even more repairs! All of this has taken months to sort now and all i wanted in the first place was a full refund but they couldn t offer me that apparently. Worst experience i ve ever had with a company before.

Quick Mobile Fix- Astonishingly BAD! Save yourself some serious headache and fix your device elsewhere! The company claim to fix your phone and return it within 24-48 hours.... They had my phone for over 2 months. I couldn't get through to anyone, most of the time the phone number didn't 'work' and when I did get a response I was fobbed off with excuse after excuse and lied to about the status of my phone. 'Another 24 hours' was a regular reply. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times - it never happened, I asked for a refund and the return of my phone multiple times and I was completely ignored. I had to chase them and chase them every step of the way - I started to believe that it was a scam and that I had actually paid someone to steal my phone!!!and When I finally got it back there was questionable content on my phone!!!!
Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else to fix your phone or any other device!!!!!

UPDATE (12/12/18): After 4 months with them the phone was finally returned. The screen has been changed, but random colours appear whenever touched, so it's clearly damaged. The power button doesn't click properly anymore, so that's been damaged too. The (supposedly new) battery doesn't hold charge either, so clearly the part is not an original Samsung one. I've contacted them asking for a refund as the repairs are not in any way acceptable, but I'm not holding my breath!

UPDATE (10/12/18): I've just had an email saying my phone has finally been posted. As expected they sent it to the wrong address, despite me asking them several times to send it to a different one. They even replied to one of the emails (I was as surprised as you are, dear reader) confirming that the address had been changed. I don't know who's running this company but I've genuinely never encountered such terrible management or customer service. I'll add a further update when I can get hold of the phone.

Writing another review because this company deleted my last one. That should tell you everything you need to know.

They've had my phone in for repair for nearly 4 months now and are constantly fobbing me off with excuses, most email responses are copy and paste replies that bear no relation to the email I sent. I have been told my phone would be ready within 3 working days at least 4 separate times now (the last one was a month ago). I finally had enough and asked for my phone back plus a full refund - I was told I would get a reply from management by the end of the day, naturally this didn't happen.

I'm now trying to get my money back via Paypal dispute resolution, and will be pursuing them through the small claims court to get my phone back.

Unless all the positive reviews on here are fake then it seems that some people have had more success with this company, but if you get unlucky (as I seem to) then brace yourself for months of frustration!

The phone was for my daughter and she was very pleased to be up and running quickly with no issues. I would recommend Quick Mobile Fix and buy from them again.

Emails are pre written. Vague replies. Absolute scam. Do not buy from this fraudulent company. Only 1 in 20 phones seem to be genuine. Claim a refund from your bank so they can do a charge back which will create a headache for this scam of a company run by fraudsters. They use your money to pay others back and so on.

Quick Mobile Fix were useless. They said they couldn't do an express repair but stated they could get it done within 3 days. I dropped it off for a speedy fix and even then the guy booked it in under the wrong phone model. After a week they stated they had to order the part, makes you wonder what they were doing for a week. Then for each following week they said they hadn't received the part and had to order it. Should arrive in a few days and it would be repaired as a priority. After a month of getting the same update each week I realised this was going nowhere so I cancelled the repair and got the phone returned. The return and refund were the only quick things they did.

Went to Raphone in Wimbledon instead who ordered the part immediately so I could get the phone repaired next day. They called to confirm the part had arrived. I dropped by and it was done in a couple hours. Top job, couldn't fault them. Highly recommended.

And it was damaged sent emails and photos of the damaged I then get a call from ups to say they would collect the phone and they said I made the claim and I didn t they said the claim was in my name and the item damaged was worth X amount but I never paid that much they are trying to claim from ups more then what the phone was purchased for useing me say I m making the claim it s all under my name??
But it s not so who will receive the money for the damaged phone? Not me as I haven t even received my refund even though it s passed the 2 weeks deadline.

From a delivery perspective it was sent on the last day of the dispatch period so technically as stated but disappointing it couldn't have been a bit sooner especially as it was a Friday which meant the delivery wouldn't be until Monday. This caused a problem and I had to contact Quick Mobile Fix to arrange a later day (this was fairly straightforward though).

Ordered a phone which they advertised in stock. After 10 working days without receiving an update, I chased the order with the response "device is expected to be shipped out within the week if the checks are clear, this is the earliest timeframe, however towards the end of the forthcoming week would be the latest".
Chased again after 14 working days with the response "device in quality control, allow 1-4 days dispatch".
Waited and contacted them by online chat with the response still in quality control and latest dispatch 1-4 days!
After 17 working days (3.5 weeks!) told the device failed quality checks and the earliest dispatch by the mid week or end of the next week.
Cancelled the order then told a timeframe of 14 working days for the refund!
Shocking service feeding lies about order status and dispatch times. Obviously do not have the stock they advertise!

I m only giving one star because I have to, to cut a long story short. I brought a mobile first week of December arrived in January after a lot of emails about where it was and why it was taking so long. They reply sometimes but weeks later. Received the phone it was in terrible condition and dirty asked to send it back which they accepted after asking me to send pictures. Send back first week jan and all to now no refund and they are still taking the monthly payment as if I still have the phone. Was told the refund would be complete on the 29th, why it would take 3 weeks I have no idea. 29th came nothing received!!! Emailed agin and have Been ignored. No phone number to call and no other way to contact them very very bad company avoid at all costs!!!
Have passed on to the police and the ombudsman to hopefully sort out.

You order but they might not have it in stock. From a "noreply" email address they will write loads of excuses to justify the fact. After I cancel the order I had to complain to Paypal to get the refund.
I tried them again in August 2019. They advertise phones that are not ready to be shipped. My order ID249078 I cancelled it after not receiving it, they neglect the cancellation emails, they shipped after 1 month (without notice), and then they email that the refund comes after 14 days. They do not accept payments with Paypal so you cannot use their resolution centre. You have to rely on the card company.

4 weeks later I still have no way of sending my phone as they was supposed to send me an envelope to enable me to send a phone for repair.
After 3 weeks I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money.
4 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund and they continue to take money from my account.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Don t send your phone as I doubt you ll see it again for 2 months if at all.
They say it takes 14 days to refund my money.
I doubt I ll see a penny of it.

Sent my iPhone 8 plus in with tracked collect plus, for recycling payment to be made once received, received a number of emails saying they had not received it but after numerous emails confirming sending and tracking details still no payment for the phone sent, followed all instructions they suggested, 3 weeks on still no payment, can not talk to anyone and emails are not responded to within 3 weeks let alone 24 hours as suggested,...shoddy outfit and I bet they have a number of people feeling the same, don't become one of them.....

Quick Mobile Fix sold me an excellent quality used phone that arrived quickly and in good condition. The only downside really of doing business with this company is there incessant requests for customer reviews, I appreciate they would like to collect reviews but continually pestering me is ultimately ruining the otherwise good impression they had made.

By all means use them for buying a refurbished phone, in fact I would encourage it whole heartedly, but be prepared to be hounded and harassed for reviews for the rest of your life.

I ordered a refurbished iphone 6 on the 29/05/2017 it is now 5/06/2017 and still no phone, whilst i appreciate this is only a week when there is a banner on the website saying how all items are usually dispatched quickly and i've paid an additional 19.99 delivery i think this is unacceptable. I have contacted the company on 4 occasions now and the time i did finally speak to someone the girl could not have sounded more disinterested and unhelpful. All i wanted was clarification as to when i would receive the phone and an explanation as to why there had been a "processing delay". Due to the horrendous service provided i have requested a refund and am now waiting for a confirmation email to come through to confirm this. I would never recommend this company to anyone and am absolutely shocked and disgusted at the experience i have had from a customer service level.

Quick Moblie Fix provided me with a faultless service. I ordered a refurbished (Grade A) 16GB iPhone 5S bundle, it was dispatched the next day and delivered at the promised time. The phone was in pristine condition, without a single scratch or blemish on it, and in the original packaging (or at the very least, official Apple packaging). I couldn't believe that it was pre-owned, so much so that I looked it over three or four times trying to find some evidence that it wasn't new, without finding any!

The bundle came with a charger plug and cable, which the first time said something about not being an official Apple product but it has never actually given any problems. There was also a fairly budget but perfectly adequate black case made of silicone (I think).

AVOID AVOID this is a terrible SO CALLED company and TOTAL scammers. I ordered a cheap iPhone 5s to use as a second phone for business expecting a delivery within the quoted 2-4 days. As I work away outside the UK for 22 days a month so it should have arrived prior to me returning back to work. I received an email on the day I left for work saying Just so that you are aware, this delay is due to two main factors, the first being that a large quantity of orders for this model of device were placed in a very short period of time and the second factor being due to our stringent quality control checks that have to take place and although we test our phones before making them available for purchase, we also like to test the devices again before dispatch just to ensure that when you receive the device everything is working to the highest of standards

Upon my return from work I placed the phone on a full charge and tested the phone to find that it had a number of issues, the home button finger print couldn t be sent up and it was showing a fault message when tried, also when you made a phone call the screen would not turn off when held to your ear. I contacted the company and was given instructions on how to return the phone.

They have since had the phone for a further 19 days to be told that the home button is not original and a proximity switch is at fault and the phone has been tampered with and I m to pay for repairs as this is not covered under warranty. An absolute scam to extort money from me for them suppling a substandard phone which is not in the promised good condition which they originally advertised.

AVOID AVOID absolute con artist!!

I sent my Huawei Mate 20 Pro to them to replace the cracked screen. They had the phone for over a week and on the website there is no means to contact them except by email. I received a package from them today and inside it was my phone in the same condition that I posted it out over a week before, totally untouched! There wasn't even a note in the box explaining why it had been posted back unrepaired. Needless to say, I will never use this company again!

Firstly the customer service is awful I have tryed contacting on 3 diffrent occasions and been placed on hold for 2+ hours on each call.

I have requested a full refund on a device purchased and I am still yet to here back from the owner (Mr Bibek Chand Gupta).

I am silly to have fallen for the fake reviews produced by the company to hide all of the poor reviews from real clients.

Please do not use this company under any circumstance.

This company is absolutely terrible - i paid 300 for a phone - it took a month to arrive - upon receiving it i discovered the phone was faulty with battery at 80%. i have sent for repair - waiting over a month and no phone yet - no one will reply to emails - i have now been without a phone for 3 months - terrible customer service - please stay away from this company - cowboys!!

only giving 1 star because i have to! i sent my iPad mini off for repair, and the the state it came back in is terrible, and they are denning causing the damage! The fitting is shoddy because the fitting tape is exposed! there is a grid effect going around the screen, and customer service team don't care about that and i quote "well is touch function working " as in if it works stop moaning! the customer service team just dam right rude, no apologies for what has happened, and no offer of a refund ! I didn't recive and invoice or a warrenty. Also no effort to resolve my issue!

I have dealt with other departments of the company before and i have been impressed, it a shame repairs and customer service don't meet these standards!

however the service was fast and postage was as described and easy to use service. Just quality of repair and quality of parts do not meet the same standards.

I sent them my phone in March. They dropped their qoute by half due to sctratchs though they must have been invisible ones. I rejected their offer.

They sent the phone back which then didn't arrive but had been signed for and marked as collected. 1 month later after many emails to what seemed like every person that worked there my phone reappeared and I was told they would repost it.

At this point I said I'd rather take the original quote as it took soooooo long. So they reduced the amount by a further 20 pound. I just got a messege yesterday saying my payment is being processed so it took 4 months to get 60 GBP well that goes in, for a phone worth more than that. DONT USE! sell yourself, use Music Magpie or larger company.

I honestly feel it takes more effort to be this bad at business and produce this many refunds than to simply provide phones as paid for. SHOCKING how many 1 star reviews on here I guess you get what you pay for!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! STILL WAITING A REFUND DUE TO A FAULTY PHONE BACK IN NOVEMBER. IVE HAD TO TAKE ACTION WITH A DISPUTE THROUGH MY BANK TO GET MY FUNDS!!!!

I have had no response to my last two emails this week and I see you are replying to people on here.

I was advised that the parts to repair my phone would be in within 4-7 working days and the repair would be carried out after that. Tuesday 5th June was the 7th working day.

Can someone please give me an update on my phone urgently. Prior to this communication has been great via email.
