DO NOT BUY NOR SELL!!!

DO NOT BUY NOR SELL!!!
I placed an order 5 weeks ago but cancelled it due to late dispatch. I still have no received any refund despite claiming 10-14 working days . Phone lines are always busy, possibly due to customers complaining. 32 emails sent, only to have automated replies sent back.
