I ve read a lot of negative reviews so I hope this will reassure some people who have purchased through quick mobile fix.

I made my purchase on the 7th of January before reading any reviews, a couple of days later I found what appeared to be endless negative comments about the company, so I rung them up, I spoke to a lovely man called Adam who offered me reassurance that my order had been received and was being processed. My 10 day dispatch window ended on the 21st of January and I hadn t received my phone so I rung again the following day and coincidently spoke to Adam again, nothing was too much trouble for him and he spoke to the dispatch team who understandably dealing with the back log of Christmas orders, but they reassured me my phone was being dispatched before the end of the next day. True to their word, my phone was dispatched the next day and I received it the day after dispatch! Perfect condition and super pleased I didn t cancel my order. Thank you so much to Adam for going above and beyond, you re a real superstar! A credit to the company. Would definitely buy off them again
