Appalling service. Cancelled contract and requested refund. However, they keep saying I am to wait a few more days for a dispatch code and the delays are down to quality control. Nonsense. They clearly don't have the phones and shouldn't advertise them for sale in the first place. Off to raise dispute with credit card company and notify trading standards.
