Bought an iphone 8, and waited the 10 working days...

Bought an iphone 8, and waited the 10 working days. No notice of despatch so I contacted them. I was assured that it would be despatched in 3 -5 working days. Still no phone, so contacted them again to cancel the order. I have now waited 4 weeks for a refund, and am told I will have to wait another 4 weeks to get it. Don't waste your money.
