I placed an order on 17th January late evening and next day morning on 18th I called them and cancelled the order it was not even dispatched. It took them 2 days to send me order cancellation email. After few days I chased my refund I was told check order email and web page according to there policy any refund takes 30 days so refund policy is 30 days
It s 16th March today and been almost 2 months I still haven t received my refund after number of emails I was told it will be in April after reporting to bank I was told it will be In March. I still haven t received my money back. They are breaking there own refund policy. So don t order it s nightmare to get money back and they will keep your money for long time.
