Awful company: ordered phone which came broken. Emailed and they told to send back for repairs with accompanying return slip (none provided). 3 weeks of back-and-forth over email trying to get them to send it to me again. They eventually did and I sent back - they have received it (can check with courier), but haven't sent phone back or any communication. Have stopped replying to my emails, online live-chat is never online, and when you phone up you're told they don't take phone calls anymore.
