ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! I ordered an iPhone 6S on the 14th November 2017, from Quick Mobile Fix, which was promised in 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later the 28th November 2017, I received my order which was after me contacting Quick Mobile Fix, via online chat and numerous telephone calls. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied that there was no communication in explaining the long delay to myself. Not good customer service at all. I suspect Quick Mobile Fix sold me a phone that they didn't have.
On receiving the iPhone, it needed to be updated with the latest IOS software, via iTunes, which then came apparent that the home screen button on the iPhone was not working, very disappointed as the iPhone was a birthday present what didn t actually work. I had to take it to another phone shop to get it repaired the same day, as my trust with the Quick Mobile Fix is zero. Another additional cost due to Quick Mobile Fix sending faulty goods out. Despite providing copies of payments made, no reimbursements have been received.
Quick Mobile Fix = Dishonest, disgraceful, immoral company. Quick enough to take your money, but unable to complete and fulfil orders.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
