TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! Ordered a phone, 16 working...

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! Ordered a phone, 16 working days ago still not been dispatched, customer service is horrendous no contact phone number so have to email only to receive copy and paste emails with generic content and nothing actually concerning the order. Also everything gets blamed on the dispatch manager! now waiting for a refund which apparently take 14 working days to process. After reading other reviews it's like I'm on for a fight to get my money back.... don't use this company very big chance you won't get your phone or your refund with out a 100 emails and stress.
