Ordered phone on 20 Feb with delivery said to be max 7 days later but they say they try to be quicker than that. Still no phone a month later, despite several requests, so we cancelled the order. They take the money off your credit card the instant you place the order but then hang onto the money for up to 14 days when you ask for a refund, which we still haven't received. I will never buy from this company again.
