12th Dec - 13th Jan. No phone and no refund. I ordered a mobile phone 12th December. Was promised that it will be shipped the next day. then another email saying we are working to ship it out today but today never came. By 23rd Dec 17 I was furious as there was clearly no phone coming so I asked for a refund. Now I'm back to square one. Your refund will be in your account today. but 6 days later and 6 emails later with false promises and still no sign. I've reported them to trading standards. I suggest if you have any issues with this company trust your instinct and keep chasing them as they will not honour their false promises. they waste your time and leave a very unpleasant shopping experience
