Do not order from this company. I ordered thinking it was next day delivery, only to get an order confirmation saying it would be up to 10 days..ok, so I've waited, ten days today, and no phone. I emailed them to complain, only for them to say it would be additional 5 working days, with no offer of a refund. I emailed back to say that I wish to cancel the order and have a refund, and I've recieved no reply. Terrible company, I now have a dissappointed child. My order number is ID184184.
