Really disappointing experience.
Really disappointing experience.
Sold iPhone to company, but after they found a fault on the phone, they initial offer was lowered, and I rejected this amount, expecting the phone to be returned.
However after 3 months I have yet to receive the phone back. The customer service have been very polite, however there has been no update or response from the recycling manager and everything has been so slow. Even at the initial process they didn't get postage information or send a confirmation of my order number.
Very disappointed with the whole process and would like some sort of compensation from this.
