I ordered a phone on the 16/05. It has been over 7-10 working days since the order was purchased.
Right now I should be entitled to an explanation on where my order is but the customer service have been saying the same thing for the last 7 days, it has to go through the quality team before dispatch which makes no sense to me because the phones should not be published as refurbished for buyers to purchase if they haven t been through quality control and then... to make the customer wait upto 2 weeks and in many cases as reading through other comments longer time to receive their paid for phone is beyond me and the most dreadful service I ve come across in my lifetime of online shopping.
They do not have a resolution to resolve the matter other than waiting 14 days for a refund? But they are quick enough to take my money within a second? I would not be surprised this company is closed down by trading standards within this year.
Customer service all have to offer is that I will receive an email from the courier when the phone is being dispatched and they cannot give me a timeframe or date or even check up on the order?
Again sounds very wrong to me, don t do the mistake I did and pay for the phone and be tricked into a quick service because it honestly is the most anxious purchase I ve come across.
